In July Jack finds out that he is not the father of Sharon's baby and we all know when Ashely lost her baby, that their is going to be a baby switch ( Just like One life to live) All of sudden Adam wants to get in contact with MJ? Like they even know each other??? I already stopped watching until this stupid storyline passes and I have a reason to watch the show again.. |

The writers are such disappointments and turning this soap into Passions. And look where that soap is at now...On DIRECT.TV.. Just another typical soap opera ploy from SOAP OPERA intro to writing 101. TPTB "ALL" use some similiar PLOT DEVICE to delay the inevitable in reuniting the couple. The audience knows what we have long suspected, Sharon & Nick are going to be parents of a little girl. Oh, and as far as ole smilin Jack is concerened TPTB have given us enough warnings about KARMA and how it relates to him. It looks like they are finally giving him some bad karma for the things he has done to his many victims. He & TGVN and their stupid revenge powerplay against each other. Reveng has consequences and it is usually innocent people who get hurt. Smilin Jack treated his first wife horribly by having affairs on her, marrying her for advancement in his father's company, and lying about having another baby when she lost her baby in a miscarriage. By Jack's treatment of Patti she has had a break from reality and is now a sad,vengeful, and sadistic person who is capable of killing small animals and possibly children. In Victor's quest for revenge he may very well be ultimately responsible for bringing the person to town who puts his granddaughter in a coma. |

I'm confused about a baby switch involving Ashley. Ashley had a miscarraige, so there is no baby to switch. And, if Jack finds out the truth what will he do with it? Probably not the right thing because that never happens. I really want this S/L to just come to a close. |

Now on yesterdays U.S. episode we did get another example of this when Ashley said oh the baby just kicked and TGVN quickly put his hand on her stomach and felt nothing. TPTB also had Nick tell Victor that Sharon's and Ashley's due dates are close. And on yesterday's U.S. episode we had Adum overhearing TGVN & MJ plotting and now he is trying to get ahold of her. The wheels are turning and Adum has already expressed remorse about what happenend to Ashley's baby to Hope's photo and he is blaming TGVN's influence for his actions. We know the NEXT logical step in Adum's mind to redeem himself, SWITCH Sharon's baby. Will Ashley and Sharon go into labor at the ABBOTT cabin and MJ switch the baby and convince Sharon the baby died? Who knows how it will play out, but TPTB are setting it up for Ashley to get Sharon's baby. As far as what will Jack do when he finds out the truth. I think Jack will keep the "secret" so red will be happy with Nick. Jack always looks out for her no matter what she has ever done to him.(he loves her unconditionally & that cannot be said for Sharon) |

The way the writers are going with this story line is turning me off. I was sort of addicted to this stupid soap because I wanted to see Nick and Sharon back...like the old days...hate Phyllis, in spite of the fact that writers are trying to now make her out to have some redeeming value as a person...don't forget she is ultimately responsible for Brad's death, not to mention the affair with Nick when Sharon needed him, etc. |

I have already quit watching-if they steal Sharons baby, what are they going to put in it's place? you have to have two babies to switch |

Well, it is obvious they will tell Sharon her baby is dead...Ashley was too far along in her pregnancy not to have a fetus....or were we supposed to believe the miscarriage was complete. If the baby was already kicking...their had to be a fairly develope fetus. What won't work though...is Sharon will obviously have had info that her baby was fine up to delivery and would be a full term baby - so the switch doesn't work so well. Someone said this show is trying to be "passions" which I agree with. I guess they feel if we are watching we must be mindless and not appreciate some decent writing. |
