I want someone to put Heather in her place

I would love to see someone put that witch in her place. Who does she think she is telling Michael that she is re-opening Jana's murder case? The same murder case that the charges her dropped? I thought that once the charges againist her were dropped, the case couldn't be re-opened? The only reason she even has her job is because of Paul. He is the reason she is where she is on her career. I'm sick of seeing her put people go after people who didn't committ the crimes she accused them of. She needs to get her facts straight.

You are so right. Can't stand the witch either. But like you said was a case is closed, that person can't be charged for the same crime twice. But if YR has their way it will let her get away with it and Jana will go to jail.

Okay, so Heather needs to be put in her place. What about Jana--that dummy is where she is because of bad choices. She should have told Victoria the painting was a forgery, instead she encouraged her to buy it. Then she told Daniel about the set up to catch the fake Auker. She should have called the cops. Her dumazz hubby was recently in trouble for taking matters into his own hands. Her choices have her where she is--Heather is doing her job.
I find it hilarious that Heather is trying to re-open the murder case. Jana KILLED someone and didn't pay for it. That tumor story giving her a reprieve was lame.
Jana is stupid--in all caps!!! She is a BLOODY idiot.

I am sick to death of Heather too. Sick of her smart aleck smarmy attitude.

April (Heather's mother) wasn't ike this and neither is Paul. Where did she get the attitude from??

And after what she did to Victor, she has the nerve to just march right over there to see Adam whenever she wants, even having sex with him under Victor's roof. Her entitlement attitude makes me want to retch! If I were Victor I would get a restraining order and have her thrown out on her keister!

Heather is committing a crime as well: double jeopardy. Had she listened in US History, she know used can't try someone(no matter how much you hate them)for the same crime twice.

You can't be TRIED for the same charge twice.

I'm not putting her on a pedestal, I feel that we let our intense dislike for the character overshadow her responsibilities. I will admit I did dump on Jana--she is a twit and she is guilty.
