I would love to see someone put that witch in her place. Who does she think she is telling Michael that she is re-opening Jana's murder case? The same murder case that the charges her dropped? I thought that once the charges againist her were dropped, the case couldn't be re-opened? The only reason she even has her job is because of Paul. He is the reason she is where she is on her career. I'm sick of seeing her put people go after people who didn't committ the crimes she accused them of. She needs to get her facts straight.

Okay, so Heather needs to be put in her place. What about Jana--that dummy is where she is because of bad choices. She should have told Victoria the painting was a forgery, instead she encouraged her to buy it. Then she told Daniel about the set up to catch the fake Auker. She should have called the cops. Her dumazz hubby was recently in trouble for taking matters into his own hands. Her choices have her where she is--Heather is doing her job.
I find it hilarious that Heather is trying to re-open the murder case. Jana KILLED someone and didn't pay for it. That tumor story giving her a reprieve was lame.
Jana is stupid--in all caps!!! She is a BLOODY idiot.

April (Heather's mother) wasn't ike this and neither is Paul. Where did she get the attitude from??

And after what she did to Victor, she has the nerve to just march right over there to see Adam whenever she wants, even having sex with him under Victor's roof. Her entitlement attitude makes me want to retch! If I were Victor I would get a restraining order and have her thrown out on her keister!

I just posted a thread about Heather too, before reading this one! I agree.

Jana never went to trial for the murder of Carmen Mesta. She was arrested of course, but had seizures because of the tumor, was hospitalized, had surgery which was paid for by Gloria who was being blackmailed by Kevin. Eventually, at the urging of Michael who gathered a boxful medical records on Jana's condition, was able to convince Heather to drop all charges. Sooo, that being the case, there is no double jeopardy because there was no trial. If there had been a trial, and she was found guilty, then double jeopardy would attach, and there is no waaay in he !! they could reopen the charges on that charge, because she would have been already tried and found not guilty.

Maybe Heather should serious consider pursuing another career because she really stinks at her current one. She hasn't gotten it right yet and she goes after people like a friggin pit bull.
