Christel was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.
Christel Khalil joined the cast of The Young and the Restless as 'Lily Winters' in July 2002.
She has not only acted in daytime television but has played supporting roles in 'Matilda', and 'Dragon Fury' and 'White Like the Moon'.
When not working, Christel's hobbies include horseback riding and dancing!
