American Idol runner up Katharine McPhee is scheduled to make a guest appearance on ABC's newest hit show Ugly Betty. McPhee will appear on the February 1st episode which is the start of sweeps for television. McPhee will play herself when she joins the team of Ugly Betty for the episode titled “I’m Coming Out”, about the Mode fashion runway show. McPhee is scheduled to release her new album at the end of January.
