Juanita claims another victim as Theresa begins her search in Mexico, Fancy and Luis work out their new situation and Miguel catches Kay and Tabitha using magic.
Tabitha makes her and Endora breakfast the mortal way because she promised Miguel she wouldn't use magic. She sees her mess of a kitchen and dreads cleaning it up. Tabitha makes sure Miguel isn't around and zaps her kitchen clean just as Kay enters and admonishes her for going back on her word. Tabitha says she was blackmailed into taking her oath to not use magic because Miguel has a letter exposing them as witches, but once she finds the letter she will turn him into a toad. Kay yells at her for threatening Miguel and Tabitha retorts that Kay has put the women's movement back a hundred years for doing as her man says. Kay tells her that she gave up magic voluntarily, but Tabitha wonders what Kay will do once she gets into a jam and needs to use her magic. Kay accuses Tabitha of messing with her happiness and says she will not stand for it. Tabitha again says she will find the letter and then all bets will be off. Kay worries that her life with Miguel will be over if that happens. Tabitha starts to leave saying she can't stop her, but Kay pulls out her magic and the witches have another showdown.
At the cottage, Luis and Marty head out to play hockey on the rink Sheridan set up on the Crane grounds. After they leave, Fancy shows up for her date with Luis, but Sheridan says he's not there. Fancy says she'll wait till he comes back with Marty, but Sheridan tells her niece to forget about him because their fling is over. Sheridan explains that Luis has dedicated his life to his son and Fancy thinks that what Sheridan really wants is for Luis to dedicate his life to her. As they argue, Luis enters asking why they are fighting about his son and instructs them not to bring Marty into their silly feud. Fancy says she's there for their date, but it's obvious he forgot about it. Luis apologizes saying he got excited about the ice rink and wanted to use it with Marty. Luis tells Fancy he can't go on their date because Marty is too excited about the rink and his son comes first. Fancy asks him why he ran out on her on New Year's Eve and Luis tells her he left her a note explaining that Sheridan called him about Marty. Fancy says she didn't get the note, but tells him that she saw them that night and wants to know why Sheridan was in his arms. Luis says that holding Sheridan meant nothing to him, but Fancy isn't appeased. Luis tells Fancy that Marty needed him and asks if he can make their date up to her. Fancy is tired of all his "glib" explanations and leaves.
After Fancy is gone, Luis says she has a right to be upset. Sheridan doesn't agree, saying that Marty comes first and some women can't bear to share their man with a child. Luis tells her to stop it, saying that he loves Fancy and she is the only woman in his heart, but wonders if she'll be able to handle being a stepmother. Marty comes in the room and asks Luis to come back to the rink. Luis says he's on his way just as Fancy returns. Fancy tells Luis that she loves him and doesn't want him to ever have to choose between her and his son. She says that the two of them along with Marty are a team and Luis is thrilled to hear it. Fancy tells Marty and Luis that she got the three of them tickets for the Bruins hockey game. Marty is overjoyed as Sheridan stews.
Pilar comes to see Miguel at Tabitha and Kay's house and asks if he's seen Theresa. Pilar tells her son that she thinks Theresa is in danger. Miguel asks why she's so worried and Pilar covers by saying that Theresa went to see Ethan and she's afraid he'll break her heart. Miguel remarks that she used the word danger and wonders what's going on. Pilar explains that she's afraid Theresa is in danger of losing Ethan and Miguel tells his mother that he almost feels guilty about how happy he and Kay are. He tells her that they are getting married and Pilar is thrilled that at least one of her children is happy. As Miguel and Pilar talk about the wedding, they hear a crash come from the kitchen.
Miguel goes into the kitchen and sees the witches zapping each other. He angrily asks what's going on. Kay apologizes saying it was an emergency, but Miguel doesn't care and wonders if Kay can live up to her word, because if not he's out of there! Kay assures him she will stop using magic and Tabitha begrudgingly promises to live up to the oath, but has her fingers crossed. Miguel tells Kay his mother is in the other room and wants to talk about the wedding. After they leave the kitchen, Tabitha tells Endora that they have to find the letter because she won't let Miguel tell her what to do.
In Mexico, Theresa calls a couple of her contacts to track down Juanita. Upon hearing the woman's name, everyone hangs up. Theresa is undeterred because she wants to find Juanita so she can end the vendetta. As she continues to make phone calls, someone slips a note under her door addressed to "Pilar's Daughter." She opens the note that says "Leave Mexico or die!" Theresa panics wondering what she got herself into.
Juanita sips coffee at her home when a man enters. He gets on his knees and begs her not to kill him. As he apologizes for whatever it is that he has done, Juanita calmly offers the man a snack and tells him that they can come to an agreement. They settle their differences and the man is relieved explaining he was afraid to come to her. Juanita tells him the days of violence are over and the man notes that she has changed since the death of her family. Juanita insists she hasn't changed that much and he asks if she found the woman responsible for her family dying. Juanita tells him not yet, but once she does Pilar will pay. As the man begins to leave, Juanita tells him she wants to reward him for his loyalty and pulls out a gun and shoots him.
While waiting for Miguel to come back, Pilar worries about Theresa and leaves her a voicemail. Kay and Miguel return and Pilar says their wedding will be magical. Kay thinks "Our wedding will be more magical than most."
Juanita gets a call that Pilar's daughter is in Mexico. She instructs the person to find her and kill her!
Theresa gets a call from someone saying they can give her Juanita's address. She takes it down and thinks that she can now reason with Juanita because she can't possibly be as bad as Pilar made her out to be.
