Kay inadvertently puts a spell on Miguel so he remembers everything and Ethan berates Theresa for her lies.
In the kitchen, Tabitha feeds Endora and tells her how lovely it is to have her daughter home. She never realized what she put the Lindbergs through when she had their babies kidnapped! She tells Endora how worried she was that the captors would drain her of her powers but Endora says Miguel helped her. She shows her how on a television set that she produces and as they watch, Tabitha notes how good to Endora Miguel was. She owes him so and would like to thank him but it's too dangerous. Endora wants Tabitha to thank Miguel but Tabitha reminds her that Miguel could find out that they're witches. Endora asks if he wouldn't like her anymore. Tabitha doesn't think that's a concern but she knows that the others in Harmony wouldn't give them peace for the rest of their unnatural lives! Luckily, Miguel's time in hell was too much for his mortal mind and that's the way it has to stay! Endora promises not to tell Miguel but wonders what Kay will tell him.
Miguel and Kay wake up next to each other in bed. Miguel is saddened that he doesn't remember what happened to him these past few months with the exception of scary faces he sees. He worries he's going crazy again! Kay suggests they make love to improve his mood but he says they've done that plenty and it hasn't helped yet! He's really confused and pleads for more information. He wonders if he emailed her or sent postcards. Kay replies in the negative but says he was busy helping children someplace warm and that's all she knows. She flashes back to talking with Tabitha about how important it is to keep this secret. Miguel becomes agitated and thinks he needs a Psychiatrist. Kay thinks it isn't a big deal and promises he'll make new memories with her. She wants to discuss wedding plans. Miguel grins and decides to make the most of their time.
Sam arrives at the hospital with Ivy to check on Jonathan. Ethan says he is fine but admits he hasn't heard from Theresa yet. Ivy thinks this is just like Theresa. She wonders if this is the type of person he wants to spend his life with. This gets Ethan thinking and he admits this is the last straw. He doesn't understand how Theresa could get her hair done over being with them. Sam says to Ivy that she shouldn’t pronounce Ethan unfit for Ethan yet - and shames her. It's not like Theresa did the dirty things that Ivy did such as keeping Ethan in the dark that he and Sam are father and son! Ivy says she knows she's done unspeakable things and she's sorry for that. She doubts Theresa is sorry for her behavior. Ivy thinks his life with Theresa will only get worse and encourages him to end it now. When Ethan tells Ivy that Theresa didn't even come home last night, Ivy is set off once more. She accuses Theresa of cheating! Ethan refuses to believe this and Sam agrees that Theresa loves him to the point of obsession! Ivy brings up Theresa's lies and doesn't think it's so far-fetched. "Theresa has a secret," she says. One so huge, she can't share it with the man she loves. She considers it has to be another man.
At the cabin, Theresa is happy little Ethan has his appetite back. Pilar wonders if it was a mistake to bring him to the cabin but Theresa thinks it was best in order to keep things quiet. Theresa feels guilty for staying away from Ethan and Jonathan. Pilar reminds her that little Ethan comes first but still Theresa wishes she could have been honest. She worries he'll let her go if she continues with the lies. Pilar takes pity on her daughter and tells her to run to Ethan now.
Rebecca finds Gwen on her sofa and wonders why Gwen is there instead of with Ethan and Jonathan. Gwen admits Theresa made a huge sacrifice for her and goes on about how noble she was. Gwen thinks she needs to allow Theresa to come clean! Rebecca passes out after hearing this so Gwen gives her a brandy to awaken her! Once awake, Gwen reiterates that Theresa may deserve Ethan. Rebecca scolds Gwen. She won't let her tell Theresa the truth and reminds her that Sarah would be alive if it wasn't for Theresa. Gwen rolls her eyes but listens and eventually recounts Theresa's misdeeds. She decides that things are back on track! Theresa will get hers and she'll get Ethan back! Gwen thinks it's scary. She's becoming more like Rebecca daily. Rebecca is thrilled! "Better than the barren dishrag I was saddled with," she says.
Kay and Miguel enter the kitchen and Miguel's connection with Endora is obvious. Hearts appear over each of their heads as he greets her and he tells Kay that he feels really bonded to Endora as never before. He wonders what's going on and says he's checking himself into the psych ward. Tabitha offers some soothing tea instead but he refuses. Kay stops Miguel by freezing him and asks for Tabitha's blessing to tell the truth! Tabitha worries that since retro is in, they will be burned at the stake. Kay thinks she can cast a spell to remove Miguel's angst but Endora and Tabitha worry she'll mess it up and wonders why she feels this'll end badly. Endora says, "Because it always does!" Kay spells Miguel and he falls to the floor. She helps him up and once he's awake, he has amnesia! He asks, "Who are you?" Tabitha makes introductions and Miguel jokes, "What, are we on Bewitched?!" Kay gets Miguel an ice pack and mumbles that he has to reverse the spell without having him remember everything! She zaps him again. Miguel excitedly tells her it's all coming back to him! He was with Endora, he says. Tabitha gets up to start packing and Miguel yells, "You're a witch! So is Endora!"
Theresa arrives at the hospital and apologizes for her absence. Ivy makes a few snide comments while Theresa nervously explains. The meeting went later than expected and she didn't want to call too late for fear of disturbing them. Ivy wonders what Theresa's hiding. Ethan accuses her of lying and says the servants told him she never returned home. Theresa says she just saw Jane and not the servants. Ethan asks how the meeting went and she says fine but long. Ethan says he called Crane and knows she was off at the salon! He wants to know what the hell's going on! Sam drags Ivy from the room while Ethan dares Theresa to tell the truth.
Outside the hospital room, Gwen and Rebecca arrive and listen in as Theresa refuses to tell the truth. Gwen thinks Ethan will take her silence as guilt. Inside, Ethan says he's sorry for counting on Theresa and says they'll get through this. Outside the room, Gwen jumps for joy when Ethan says they have to end this. "Not after what I've done," Theresa cries. Gwen and Rebecca run off when Ethan leaves the room. "We did it," Gwen says triumphantly! She and Rebecca giggle while inside the room, Theresa thinks death is better than this.

Theresa wants Ethan to forget about past concerns and concentrate on their future.
Esme says, "If I bring home someone evil, he'll end up dead, and who can be more evil than Alistair Crane?"
