Tabitha meddles, Paloma finds Noah and Fancy together, Alistair makes demands of Luis and everyone waits for word on Jane's tests.

Tabitha sips tea in her kitchen and looks to her magic bowl to create mischief while Kay is out. She conjures up Noah and Paloma in the bowl and sees them kissing at the Book Café. She then sees Fancy walk in the Café and is thrilled to have all three of them in the same place so she can easily break Noah and Paloma up.

Noah and Paloma sit at a table and Noah tells her he's working late at the Blue Note. Paloma says she'll stop by after her shift and maybe then can meet up in the storage room. As they kiss, Tabitha drinks some Pepto-Bismol because she thinks they are nauseating and says she'll be doing the world a favor by breaking them up. Tabitha then turns her attentions towards Fancy.

As Fancy sits alone at a table, Sheridan walks in. Fancy again asks what's going on with Luis because she doesn't buy her story about Luis and Sheridan getting back together. Fancy asks where he is, but Sheridan says she won't tell her and Fancy realizes that she doesn't know where Luis is either. Fancy says they'll have better luck finding Luis if they search for him together. Sheridan tells her that Luis is fine and that the two of them want her leave them alone. Fancy doesn't believe her and says she'll find Luis and if he tells her he doesn't want her anymore than she'll accept it and leaves the cafe. Alone, Sheridan thinks that Luis is in danger and fears if he sacrifices his life for Marty neither one of them will see him again.

Tabitha goes back to watching Noah and Paloma and zaps Noah as he gets up saying he needs to get to work. Noah leaves and Tabitha zaps Noah to a room in the B&B where Fancy is pouring champagne dressed in a lacy outfit. Tabitha zaps them again and Noah and Fancy start to make out.

Back at the Café, Sheridan walks up to Paloma and tells her she needs her help as a cop because Luis is in trouble. Paloma asks what happened, but Sheridan says she can't tell her but he does need her. Paloma realizes it's serious and asks when and where Luis was last seen. Paloma gets on her computer to search for Luis and makes some calls to her discreet contacts.

Tabitha looks on and notices that Paloma and Sheridan are worried and zaps Paloma's phone. She picks it up and says she got a text from someone who spotted a man matching Luis' description. The women leave and Tabitha cackles over how Paloma will find Noah and Fancy together.

Noah and Fancy go at it in bed, as Sheridan and Paloma walk up to the door. Paloma hears some noises and draws her gun. She enters the room, says freeze and sees that Noah and Fancy are having sex. Tabitha takes the spell off and Noah and Fancy are shocked to find themselves together. Sheridan laughs and Paloma asks Noah how he could do this to her.

At the abandoned warehouse, Luis tries to calm a frightened Pretty down and she asks where "they" are. She says "they" always come back to hurt her and they will hurt him too. Luis asks who did this to her and she says it was Alistair and she's afraid he'll kill her. Luis finds sheets and covers Pretty and himself up and asks why Alistair is holding her prisoner. Pretty says Alistair is punishing her for not going along with his plan to hurt Fancy and Sheridan. Luis holds her as she starts to cry. Pretty smiles thinking that Alistair's plan is working just the way he said it would. Pretty continues to play on Luis' sympathies by telling him that Alistair told her that she's ugly, that no man would love her, she will never have a baby and she will be alone forever. Pretty calls herself a freak and says that Alistair was right she will never have the one thing she's always wanted - a child. Luis assures her that she is not ugly and they hear a noise. Pretty says that it's Alistair on the computer sending her a message. Luis finds the laptop and Pretty thinks to herself that the bait is on the hook. Luis reads a message from Alistair that says he is offering them freedom, but that he wants Luis to get Pretty pregnant in exchange. Pretty says it's ridiculous, but thinks, "Excellent work grandfather, this will be child's play."

At the hospital, Pilar prays in the chapel for Jonathan and Jane and Ethan comes in. He talks to Pilar about how he might have to sacrifice one child for the other and refers to it as a Greek Tragedy. He laments the decision he has to make and says he wishes he had more children so he wouldn't have to put little Jane's life at risk to save Jonathan's.

Theresa comes to Gwen's hospital room and offers her some tea. Gwen declines since she was just poisoned by Theresa's "potion." Theresa asks Gwen if she'll let her tell Ethan the truth so Little Ethan can be tested instead of Jane since he's older and stronger. Gwen won't allow it and Theresa asks what she will do if Jane isn't a match and leaves.

Everyone gathers in Gwen's room and the doctor says Jane is not a match for Jonathan. The doctor says Jonathan needs a transplant right away and Ethan says Jonathan needs an older sibling. Gwen panics and blurts out that he does have a sibling and it's Little Ethan Crane! Theresa is relieved that Gwen told the truth and tells a disbelieving Ethan that it's true. The doctor grows impatient saying they need to get Little E tested immediately and Ethan rushes out to go with the doctor. Pilar and Theresa thank Gwen for telling the truth and Theresa says Gwen will not regret this and runs out. Gwen sits slumped over and quietly says, "I hope not."

Pilar and Gwen are left alone in Gwen's room and Pilar says she did the right thing. Gwen can only see that Theresa will have Ethan to herself, Pilar will be free from the threat of her secret and she'll be left all alone. Ethan and Theresa run back into the room and delight over how happy they are together now that he knows Little E is his son. The doctor comes back and says Little E isn't a viable donor either. Gwen freaks out that she told her secret for nothing. Gwen suddenly wakes up and it was all dream. Gwen says there's no way she'll let Theresa tell Ethan about their son because she will never let Theresa have him.

Ethan comes in Gwen's room and they nervously wait for Jane's test results. Theresa and Pilar enter and say that the doctor wants to talk to them. The doctor enters and they ask if Jane is a match.

Theresa tells Gwen she has to tell Ethan the truth as Ethan walks in and asks, "The truth about what?"

Kay tells Tabitha to leave her brother alone, but Tabs says it's too late - Noah and Paloma are torn asunder.

Paloma calls Fancy a witch.

A shocked Pretty asks Alistair, "You really want me to sleep with Luis?"
