Luis and Fancy make love, Alistair offers Pretty a chance to prove herself, Miguel gets a shock, Sheridan lets go.
Luis and Fancy make love in bed. Afterwards, she admits that she was afraid she would lose him. He can't believe that she would ever hurt anyone. Fancy still feels guilty for what's happened between her and her sister, even if it was an accident; she wishes she could go back and change things. Hearing her say this just makes him love her more. Nothing will ever come between them again, he promises. They drink champagne and he tells her that everything they've gone through to be together has been worth it. They begin to dance.
Outside, Alistair watches them. 'You'll never be with my granddaughter because you're going to be dead,' he sneers. How could she, his favorite Crane, betray him with such a peasant? Pretty comes out of the shadows and asks him what he's doing. She wants to show him how much she loves him. Looking inside, she sees her sister and Luis. It didn't take him long to forgive her for what she did to him, she remarks. She can't understand how everyone loves Fancy despite all of the terrible things she does. It's not fair! This will all change very soon though, Alistair is sure of that. He tells Pretty that Luis and the rest of his family corrupt everything they touch and it's time for them to pay dearly. Pretty is disgusted as she watches her sister and Luis. She can't understand what he sees in her. Alistair explains that Luis is a simple minded man and rarely understands anything. 'I hate them both,' she says. He offers her the chance to prove to him how much she loves him. She smiles at the offer.
In Tabitha's attic, everyone's heads have become detached and float around the room thanks to Kay's mixed up spell. Norma and Edna start threatening to treat Kay's head as a football but Tabitha prompts her to drop their heads back on. As their heads rejoin their bodies, Endora keeps hers floating around just for fun. Norma and Edna are outraged when they realize that they've fallen onto each other's bodies. Although Edna likes being on Norma's 'macho' body, Norma is furious and wants this fixed. Tabitha tells Kay to put them back together properly and then stop with the magic. When she tries sending their heads back, she puts them on the right bodies but backwards. Just then, Miguel walks in, instantly horrified by what he's seeing. He tries to tell himself that he's dreaming. It's either that or he's going crazy. Kay tries to usher him downstairs but he refuses to go until he figures out what is going on. Why are their heads on backwards? Are they possessed by the devil? he wonders. When Kay tells him that must be it, he starts to pray for their souls. Realizing that this is a bad situation, added to which Tabs doesn't want anyone praying in front of her daughter, Kay interrupts Miguel by pulling him into a kiss while Endora fixes the ladies' heads. When he sees that everything is back to normal, everyone starts laughing. He decides that it's time to go to sleep. Before he leaves, he asks her what they are doing in the attic anyway. She tells him that she was looking for something for the wedding and grabs the burnt flowers. He's disgusted. The head floats by rolling his eyes. Tabitha starts yawning and suggests that they all go to bed. Miguel can't shake the feeling that something strange is going on. Thinking fast, Kay starts whispering in his ear until he giggles and they rush downstairs. Norma and Edna laugh, sure that they're all going to end up in Hell if Kay continues the way she has been. The floating head warns that day is coming very soon.
Sheridan tries to keep her grip on Spike and Vincent as they hang over the cliff. She has little doubt who she will actually save though. Suddenly, Spike claims that Marty is alive and he knows where he is. She doesn't know what to do: It's hard to believe Spike after all. Soon, Eve and Julian arrive thanks to a call from Crane security. As the try to help, Sheridan starts to wonder if Spike might be telling the truth. As Julian tries climbing down to help, he loses his footing and almost falls. Once he climbs up, he runs off to get a branch or rope . When Eve turn her back, Sheridan lets go of Vincent's hand. As he falls screaming, Julian and Eve run back to the edge. Eve screams out in horror. 'He never had a chance! He never had a chance!' she cries as she clings to Julian. They start berating Sheridan for dropping their son when she could have dropped Spike. They urge her to drop him now but she pulls Spike up. Eve is still distraught that her son fell. Julian suggests that they call the coast guard to look for his body and they walk off. Alone, Spike tells Sheridan that they need to run before the cops get there. She twists his arm and tells him he's not moving until he tells her where her son is.
At the hospital, Theresa sits by Ethan's side and tells him that he deserves to know about his son. Pilar suddenly arrives and Theresa runs into her arms. She explains that Alistair poisoned him accidentally when he was trying to kill her. Pilar tells her that God won't take him away. Theresa isn't losing faith, but Alistair wants to kill everyone; he already killed Chad. This is appalling to Pilar. Her daughter then tells her that she finally told Ethan that he has a son, but he may not have heard her. The doctor arrives to check on him. She touches his foot and this provokes a reaction. She tells Theresa that he can likely hear her when she speaks to him. Sometimes patients hear everything that is said to them when they're in a coma. Theresa continues talking to Ethan. She holds his hand and asks him to squeeze if he hears her. He does. She repeats her secret again and her mother tells her that she's sure that he will forgive her. Rebecca stands by worrying that if Ethan really hers, it may be over between him and Gwen for good. She tries calling Gwen but gets no response.
