Kay, Endora and Tabitha work to free Fox from Siren's curse. Fox overhears Kay say, "I hope Fox doesn't realize what we're doing," questioning her with Siren by his side. Tabitha covers, saying they were planning a birthday party for both Siren and Fox. When Kay gets Fox to leave the room, Siren sees the spellbook. Kay and Tabitha trick Siren into going in the other room, pouring water on her. When she turns into a Mermaid, they tie her up! When Fox returns, Kay tricks him into putting on a cupid costume, says it's for a daycare center calendar. Fox needs to be the one to shoot Siren with the arrow in order to be free of her curse. With much persuasion, Fox agrees to put on the costume. With their plan in place, Fox in his costume, Kay, Tabitha and Endora are on their way to getting rid of Siren!
CHAOS ERUPTS!
Kay scrambles to reverse the curse. Fox stops her, accuses her of wanting to be with Miguel instead of him. Kay insists that she doesn't love Miguel. A cop shows up at the fair asking for Miguel. Fox feels bad, thinking Kay was only looking for Miguel because of the shooting. After Fox leaves, Kay and Tabitha open the spell book and see Siren and Miguel about to make love.
TRUE FEELINGS CANNOT BE BURIED...
Kay tries to convince Miguel of Siren being a mermaid, but he thinks she's nuts. Tabitha accuses Kay of still loving Miguel. Endora makes the spellbook appear and Kay hurries to reverse the curse on Fox and prevent Siren from seducing Miguel. But it may be too late, for Siren calls to Miguel through her beautiful voice, asking him to make love to her.
Pilar Gets Shot!
Tabitha is at the fair with Endora. Endora magically brings the stuffed animal prizes from the milk jug booth to her stroller! Tabitha is shocked to see that Endora has the prizes. The man behind the booth accuses Tabitha of stealing them!
Down at the Wharf!
Kay and Tabitha talk, and we finally see why Kay is in such a good mood, even as Siren flirts with Miguel. Kay brings the old fisherman to the Warf to see Siren, and once he does, Siren runs off to hide, with the old man trailing behind her.
Harmony PD recruits police officers!
In the kitchen, Kay is still trying to convince Endora to send Siren away. Endora tells Kay she won't send Siren back but she'll stop her from doing anything to hurt Miguel. Endora makes up her mind ..." Siren stays! Tabitha can't do anything to change her mind, because Endora has more powers than even she.
Tabitha walks in on Miguel professing his love for Kay. She admits she loves the two men, and Tabitha jokes that her story has the making of a country song! She tells the woman that she needs to choose one ..." Fox or Miguel.
Kay and Tabitha are still in the kitchen, pondering what Kay's decision should be. She talks about Fox, and how she loves him, but Miguel is her first love and the father of her child, Marie. Tabitha explains how she warned Kay about getting too close to Fox, but is interrupted by Endora calling her from the living room.
'Swimming with the fishes'
In the kitchen, Kay and Tabitha discuss how Fox is almost back to normal. Tabitha tells Kay not to get her hopes up. Once a man makes love to a mermaid, he can never love another woman. Fox isn't free of her curse!
Back in the witch's kitchen, Kay and Tabitha keep analyzing what Kay can do to get rid of Siren. Tabitha tells her that Endora can't help, because she likes Siren. Tabitha remembers there is a book in the attic that makes mermaids 'swim with the fishes', and the pair run off to get it. Since it's nowhere to be found, they assume Siren has it, and go into the kitchen to ask Endora if she can help.
