At the church, Ivy walks up to Fox's casket and brings him her favorite flowers because she wasn't sure what his were. She asks out loud why they always fought and then goes into a tirade about Kay and how awful she was, but that she never thought she'd kill Fox. Kay walks in and Ivy angrily asks what she's doing there. Kay reminds her that she was married to Fox and mentions that she has brought his favorite flowers. Ivy accuses her of killing Fox and tells Kay that everyday she has left on this earth she promises will be filled with misery. Kay defends herself and asks what possible reason she would have to kill Fox. Kay tries to leave, but Ivy stops her and says, "I will kill you with my bare hands" and slaps Kay to the ground. Kay lies bleeding on the floor next to the casket and says that Ivy spilt her lip. Ivy retorts that her head is next. Kay says she understands Ivy is grieving and will go home and pretend this never happened. Ivy pretends to be sorry, but then attacks her with flowers and the women physically fight over Fox's casket. Throughout their struggle, Kay throws Ivy to the floor and Ivy takes Kay's legs out, dropping her to the ground as well. They get up and continue to throw accusations at each other while circling Fox's casket. They get into an all out brawl and knock the casket over. The women can't believe the casket fell over and Ivy says it's a sign, "Fox is accusing you from the grave." They discuss how to get the casket back on the altar and they try to lift it together. Ivy says it's too heavy and Kay says, 'He did gain some weight at the end." Ivy doesn't appreciate this statement, but they eventually get the casket back to where it was. Kay reiterates that she didn't kill Fox, but Ivy still doesn't buy it. As Kay starts to leave she tells Fox's casket that she will be that the funeral. Ivy says, "Oh, Hell no!" and attacks Kay again.
As Ivy and Kay continue to brawl, Pilar walks in and demands they stop fighting in church. Ivy throws another punch and it lands on Pilar. Pilar chastises both women and tells Kay to go home. Ivy tires to explain, but Pilar asks her to leave her alone. Ivy leaves and Pilar kneels to pray. Ivy realizes she left her purse behind and goes back to get it. Pilar says out lout that she's sorry for what happened all those years ago, but the secret has come back to haunt her. Ivy overhears and gasps, saying, "Oh God Pilar, please don't tell me that someone knows your secret." Ivy is concerned for Pilar, but Pilar says there's nothing she can do about it now, but if it goes any further her life and the life of her loved ones will be over. Ivy embraces Pilar as she cries.

It's the next day and Kay talks to Tabitha in the bag and asks her for help. Frustrated, Kay says she needs to come up with something quick or she'll be arrested for murder. Ivy and Sam walk in and Ivy wants her to admit she's a serial killer. Sam urges Kay to tell him what's going on. Ivy tells Sam they overheard Kay say she needed to come up with a plan and that's as good as a confession. Kay says she didn't confess and Sam tells Ivy to be quite and to let him handle it. Sam asks Kay if she really thinks Tabitha is in the bag. Kay says no and that she was just talking to herself. Kay again defends herself when Ivy accuses her of being a killer. Ivy tells Sam he's in denial about his daughter and reads him the laundry list of people recently killed and gone missing. She tells him to face the facts that his daughter is a murderer and there is evidence to prove it. Ivy tells Sam that his love for his daughter has him seeing through rose-colored glasses. Ivy explains that Kay only wanted Fox for his money and that she had Miguel kill him so she could collect. Sam sits silent as Kay defends herself. Sam says he has the lab running tests on the blood they found and he will find out whose it is soon enough. Sam tells Kay she needs to explain herself a little better and asks where Miguel, Tabitha and Endora are. She cracks under the pressure and says she will tell him everything. Kay says he won't believe her, but tells Sam that Tabitha and Endora are witches. She goes on to explain the recent events and where Endora and Miguel really are and how she tried to stop Tabitha by putting her under a spell. Ivy thinks she's pretending to be insane and Sam says Kay needs to come to grips with reality. He thinks Kay is making the story up, but Kay reminds him about their house being sucked into Hell and how he fought demons in the living room. Sam just says for her not to make things worse for herself and to stay put while he goes to the lab. She assures him she didn't hurt anyone. Sam says he wants to believe her, but it's not easy. Before Ivy and Sam leave, Ivy tells Kay to pick out something really nice for her mug shot because they will be back with an arrest warrant.
Kay comes back to Tabitha's house and sees that she's still in the paper bag. Sam and Ivy walk in and Kay thinks "Tabitha I know you're mad at me, but please do not cause a scene." Ivy accuses Kay of killing Tabitha and Kay suggests that maybe Tabitha and Endora went on a trip. Ivy goes on a rant accusing Kay of killing everyone in town, but Sam says there's no hard proof linking Kay to any of the murders. Ivy counters by pointing out that fibers from Kay's sweater were found on Fox's ledge and Pete's catnip was found in her purse. Sam tells Ivy he's not arresting Kay for anyone's murder, but she's not off the hook just yet. Kay explains that even though she didn't want to be married to Fox it doesn't mean she killed him, and as for Pete, she didn't even know him so why would she kill him? Sam goes on to question her about why she doesn't know where Miguel, Tabitha and Endora are. Ivy starts to accuse her again and Kay says, "If you don't shut up..." "What you'll kill me?" Ivy finishes. Kay then fantasizes about doing just that by hitting her over the head with a fire poker, zapping her with the lamp and then taking a chainsaw to her. Back in reality, Kay tells Ivy to just go home. Sam says there is no sign of Tabitha leaving town and that her car is in the driveway. Suddenly the bag lights up and a drop of blood splashes on the floor. Ivy sees the blood and says it's proof that Kay killed Miguel, Tabitha and Endora. As Ivy and Sam argue about the blood, Kay yells at Tabitha in the brown paper bag and tells her to make the blood disappear before Sam arrests her. Sam and Ivy turn to her and ask whom she is talking to. Ivy asks, "Are the voices in your head telling you to kill again?" Kay says that Tabitha is not dead and Ivy asks where she is then. Kay flashes back to shrinking Tabitha and says that she didn't kill her and that Tabitha is in the bag. Frustrated, Kay starts to freak out and yells at the bag, as Sam and Ivy look on in bewilderment. Kay then yells out that she didn't kill anyone. Sam goes to get samples of the blood from the floor and Ivy tells Kay that they are going to get the truth out of her yet and the truth is she's a serial killer.
Next time on Passions:
Ivy tells Sam his daughter is a serial killer.
Theresa tells Ethan that Julian isn't Little Ethan's father.
Luis tells Sheridan there's something wrong with Fancy.
In Fox's room, Ivy sits on his bed looking at a photo album and wonders what her last words were to her son. As she cries, Fancy enters the room and asks why she's there as the police have closed the room off. "It's the only place I can still feel him," Ivy explains. She goes on to tell her daughter that she feels like she didn't even know her own son, as she was a mother who didn't really care. She says that she tried to make it up to all her children the last few years and Fancy tells her she did the best she could. "Did I?" Ivy asks. Ivy laments the mistakes she made and blames herself. Pretty walks in and tells her mother not to blame herself, "Blame Fancy. That's what I'm doing," she says. The women ask why she would say such a thing, as Fancy reminds her she thought they were finally getting along. "That was until I found out Fox had been murdered. You're the reason I didn't know my own brother," Pretty says, blaming Fancy for the scar that kept her from coming home. Ivy defends Fancy and Pretty lashes out accusing her of always taking her sister's side. She explains that when Fancy scarred her and Pretty needed her mother the most, all she saw was disgust and embarrassment in Ivy's eyes. Pretty leaves the room saying "I hate both of you."
On the other side of the door, Ivy tells fancy she feels sorry for Pretty, but there's nothing she can do now. Fancy says she's afraid that Pretty is right about her when she calls her two-faced, and recalls slapping Luis. Ivy tells her daughter not to spend too much time beating herself up as these are strange days. Fancy tells Ivy she's scared because she felt the way she imagines Alistair always feels when she hit Luis. Ivy agrees that it's scary, but that she's nothing like her grandfather. They debate their individual personality traits and agree that the Cranes are a dysfunctional family. Ivy blames it on living in the mansion under Alistair's thumb. Ivy urges her daughter to learn from her mistakes and apologizes for casting her children aside for being Julian's children when all she wanted was to be with Sam and Ethan. Pretty reenters the room and tells them she has something to say to both of them. Pretty apologizes for her outburst and tells Fancy it's not her fault she didn't take the time to get to know Fox and tells her mother she knows she did the best she could. "No I didn't, but it's nice of you to say," Ivy responds. Pretty consoles her mother and tells her she'll do her best to not make things harder for her. The women seemingly call a truce so they can all grieve over Fox together, but as Pretty hugs her sister, she thinks, "Being nice to these two b****es it killing me." The women discuss Fox, and Ivy says she thinks Julian could be right about Kay killing him. Fancy reminds Ivy that she needs to watch what she says about Kay around Sam if she wants to hold on to him. Ivy brings up how Kay treated Fox, but Fancy defends Kay reminding Ivy how Fox deceived her. Ivy tells her daughters not to make the mistakes she made and that they shouldn't turn their back on love. Fancy assures Ivy she loves Luis and wouldn't turn him away, but Pretty thinks, "Grandfather will rip him away from you and there's nothing you can do to stop him." Ivy tells Pretty the bright spot of the day was her apology and hopes they can all get along, especially considering Fox's death. Ivy leaves to take a bath and Alistair watches from a cracked door across the hall. Pretty tells Fancy she wants her to be happy, but worries about Sheridan and how badly she wants Luis back. Fancy assures her sister that Luis is hers and hers alone, as Alistair overhears and makes plans to the contrary.

Alistair tells Pretty to control her temper or he'll do it for her.
