When does the Prom boat accident occur???

Hey guys,
I've been faithfully watching the Passions re-runs everyday and I saw the prom boat accident on YT. Where this is my first time watching this season, I'm just wondering, does anyone remember when exactly this takes place??? Also, leading up to this Theresa tells Ethan on the boat she loves him!
