It almost seems like Juanita's main henchman is always "helping" Juanita in every way he could be helping to track down Pilar and the family. Every time their was some sort of lead, he would do something that seemed as if he was throwing Juanita off the track a bit,(almost as if on purpose) distracting her in some way (which added to her fury & impatience). Every time they would get close to locating Pilar, something conveniently came up. It's almost as if the henchman feel sorry for Pilar and is providing false leads of some sort that allow Pilar more time to get away from Juanita before she has a chance to get closer. Until now that is. Unless he might be working for the Feds secretly against Juanita in order to bring her down once she gets to Harmony. I could be wrong, but I always thought there was something about Juanita's henchman. he couldn't be that stupid if he's been working with her that long. And Juanita could have killed him at any time for his incompetence.

Good theory! And I had noticed that sometimes he really didn't like what she was doing.If your theory is correct, maybe Carmalita is not drowned. I wish he would do everyone a favor and shoot Juanita.

Yes, he has made some comments in his head about her. I don't see why the FEDS would take it that far and have her actually find Pilar. I think something weird is going on with him too though. Maybe he rescued Theresa from the sharks.

He's probably acting that way, cause he knows once she finish off with the Lo-Fitz, he's next to leave no witnesses. Didn't she already killed one of her henchmen?

I thought it was strange on Wednesday the henchman found Luis' picture and said it was the guy in Mexico. Later Juanita said something about how she told the henchman. If the henchman didn't see him in Mexico, how did he know???

I think we hear where he killed, but I don't remember seeing him kill.

Hmmmm...there may be some more people whom Juanita thinks is dead but they are really being protected....
