When is Ethan going to find out that theresa is alive?

I think he's going to find out Theresa's alive next week. Wednesday is Ethan and Gwen's vowel renewal ceremony and Tabitha saw Theresa in her bowl a few week's ago of things to come in the future and Theresa walked in and stopped it from happening by telling Ethan she couldn't let Ethan marry Gwen when she's responsible for her death and Ethan was shocked. Theresa will definitely stop it so I think it's comming soon. and now that Juanita is in Harmony she will have no reason to not tell him that she's alive especially when she finds Pilar.
