Pilar figured out "Gertrude" was Theresa after she said something in Spanish and Theresa(Gertrude) answered her in English by mistake. Then she makes up this lie that she worked for a Mexican family but Pilar suddenly realized it was Theresa. At first she denied it but then se finally told Pilar it was her. A very touching episode. She hugged her right away and told her over and over again how glad she was that she's alive.
