Okay, it is 2006 and we now have paternity tests. Why doesn't Theresa have one done? Let me answer my own question. She doesn't want Ethan to take Lil' Ethan away. Okay why doesn't Julian or Ethan or any of the other baby daddies get a paternity test? I know I sure would.

I thought that she did get one done, and that was how she figured out that Ethan was Ethan's baby.


Julian thinks the baby is his and doesn't question it. Why should he? Theresa and Ethan were only together that one time before she wed Julian.

I don't know -- I think when he finds out he will indeed try to gain custody of the kids...
