I think that James is acctually Marty, I think he is really Luis and Sheridan's son. Remember he was suppose to be disguised as charlie and charlie delivered Marty. I think Beth has some other kid.

Here is a thought... what if james is really marty's twin... and sheridan was so out of it she didn't know she had twins and allister let beth keep one baby (made her choose one) and then he stratigicly gave james her other son to someone so she could secretly raise her own child with out knowing....

i never thought of that but know that i think about it i believe he is his father. i know chris is not the boy father and hope luis figures him out. i still would like to see tess and jared together if james is his father.
