What is really going on between Chris and Spike?

With me being in school I have missed out a lot on the show. And I was just wondering if anyone knew why Spike is blackmailing Chris? All I know is that Chris was hired by Allistar and I hope that Sheridan finds out that Chris is not such a good guy after all.

SPike is blackmailing chris to embezzled money out of crane mansion. So if spike get the embezzled money from chris, spike would in turn would not tell sheridan the nasty details about chris working for allistar, and the things he use to do for allistar crane...

Spike deciced he could be the new alister crane after the train exploded. spike has all the info on chris so since the head honcho is gone spike decided to resume the stepping on of toes in harmony chris just had somthing to hide and spike is taking advantage of it.
