Still on their way to Napa, Brody urges John to tell him everything he knows about Mitch Laurence, and John starts from the beginning… Saying that Mitch is Jessica's father, a man who died five years ago…

As Mitch steps out of the shadows in Napa, he shocks Jessica, and Natalie, by saying, "He has risen! The rumors of my death were greatly exaggerated… Come to Papa!" Mitch takes a step toward Jessica, who runs behind Natalie and Jared. Jared is shocked to hear this is Natalie's crazy ex-husband, who promises to bring his family back together! As Mitch starts rehearsing bible verses, Natalie grabs a blade and goes at Mitch - who grabs Natalie, calling her his lovely bride, and doesn't feel any fear when Natalie promises that John McBain will stop him. "John McBain's in Llanview chasing his tail," Mitch says then explains to Jessica, who wonders why he isn't dead, that he obviously faked his death.

After Mitch apologies for luring Jessica there, with Nash's corpse, and promises to give him a proper burial, Mitch blames everything on Jared and says it's time Jessica and Natalie know the truth! Jared denies knowing what Mitch is talking about, but Mitch brings up Jared and Charlie's bond!

After Rex, who's still in Michigan, reads the name of his father, Mitch Laurence, from his birth certificate, he accuses Corrine and Roxy of lying! However, Corrine assures Rex that it's true, that her brother was involved with Mitch at the time, a man who could make anyone do what he wanted.

Over in London, at the boarding school, the headmistress reports to Tea and Elijah that it appears Dani has left the grounds - and Tea thinks Ross kidnapped her! When security comes in with a photo from the security cameras, Tea is shocked to see that Destiny had been there - and to hear that Matthew is a student there as well, one who is very friendly with her daughter!

At the Buchanan Compound, as Neval is helping Bo and Nora get ready to leave for Llanview, David appears and warns them to suit up - before they tell Clint the truth! Suddenly, Clint appears, and after David excuses himself, Bo and Nora admit to Clint that they were on their way home. As Clint carries on, Nora nervously asks to talk to him. Clint asks Bo to give them some time, but just as Bo asks Nora if she needs him to stay, the headmistress from Matthew's school calls to report that he's missing!

David meets Destiny, out in the foyer, who rants about the girl who Matthew went to Seattle with - and says how much Dani likes Matthew. After David jokes about getting a wheelchair, to attract a rich woman, he informs Destiny that he's not going back to Llanview. David gives Destiny some money, something he never gives away, explains he wants to start a new life, without Dorian, then hugs Destiny goodbye, urging her to give Matthew some time. Just as David puts Destiny in a cab, Nora, Bo and Clint appear and ask if he's talked to Matthew. David denies it then steps outside to wave goodbye to Destiny, who is already gone - and gets locked out of the house then screams, "Neval!"

Once Neval lets David in, David informs him that cousin Kevin is going to have to share - because there's a new Buchanan in town!

Bo, Nora and Clint arrive at the boarding school and are shocked to see Tea. Though Nora thinks Tea helped Matthew get away, Tea admits that her child is missing as well - and it appears she helped Matthew get away!

Heading to Seattle, Matthew assures Dani that she'll find her dad then Dani wonders if Matthew will be going back to his soulmate after surgery - Destiny. Over talk of what their parents are going to do when they realize they're gone, Dani suggests that Matthew call his lawyer when they land. "She didn't even call me back," Matthew says. "Some shark Tea Delgado turned out to be." Dani is shocked and admits that Tea is her mother!

On her flight home to Llanview, Destiny looks at a picture of her and Matthew and says, "Good luck, Matthew, I hope you get what you want."

Back in Llanview, Layla appears at the diner, goes over both her and Cris' track records with love then admits that he makes her feel alive - and she doesn't want to give him up! Cris answers Layla, who wonders if they have a shot, with a kiss!

Fish arrives home, a dirty mess, then thanks Kyle for waiting for him - before heading for a quick shower. When Fish reappears, in a towel, looking for his shirt, Kyle suggests they stay in for the night. Though Fish appears nervous, he tells Kyle, "I don't want to wait," then they kiss!

As Fish and Kyle start to get passionate, Cris and Layla come busting through the door kissing too! Fish embarrassingly rushes into his room to get dressed then reappears and admits that he and Kyle have been waiting for this night for too long. "Wait," Fish stops rambling and asks Cris and Layla. "Were you two just kissing?" Layla pulls Cris away, to give Kyle and Fish some alone time. Kyle and Fish both agree not to rush things and to just enjoy getting reacquainted. Later, Cris and Layla rejoin Kyle and Fish, who are watching "Christina Comes Home For Christmas."
