Blair is thankful to be alive, Tea worries her secret will be discovered and Matthew makes plans to have the surgery...
Just as Dorian announces that Amelia is her fiancée, which puts the crowd in an uproar, Blair comes crashing to the ground from the second story window! As Tea screams in horror from upstairs, Todd and Dorian tend to Blair then Todd looks up and sees Tea from inside Blair's room!
When Tea comes downstairs, Todd demands to know what went on upstairs, as Blair is taken away by ambulance. Fish stands by as Todd suggests that Tea pushed Blair out the window then leaves with Dorian to ride in the ambulance with Blair!
As Tea goes to leave, Fish stops her and asks what happened between her and Blair. Tea thinks back to admitting to Blair that she had a child, and how she tried to stop Blair from telling Todd, which ultimately landed her out the window, but Fish presses, "What was the fight about?" Tea begins to patronize Fish, calling him Junior, then walks away, taunting him to shoot her if he'd like to stop her!
Across the patio, after David lays into Nick for Amelia and Dorian's stunt, Kyle confronts Nick, wanting answers, who admits that they never planned on Dorian fronting as Amelia's fiancée but claims this could be huge for their fight for equal rights! Later, Nick asks Amelia if she'll really be marrying Dorian - and Amelia admits she'll do it - for a good cause then says, "How bad could Dr. Dorian Lord be?"
David calls Dorian to check in, and Dorian warns David to keep the cover going - that she's gay and has always been gay! Once David hangs up, he tries to avoid the questions from the press, but they want to know if he knew that Dorian Lord was gay! As David talks about how Dorian found her true self, Fish and Kyle share a glance.
While watching the press conference from their apartment, just as Langston assures Markko's mother that she didn't know her mother was a lesbian, they watch as it's reported that an unknown person fell from an upstairs window at Dorian's - and see that it's Blair! As Cole and Starr rush out, Hope cries, but Mrs. Rivera takes the baby and tells Starr, "Go to your mother." Starr and Cole leave, promising to call with news. Langston turns the television back on, to see if there's been an update, and is shocked to see Amelia sending her love to her fiancée, Dorian, via the press conference! Langston apologizes to the Riveras, but Mr. Rivera suggests they pray. Langston tells the Riveras how glad she and Markko are that they are there to help them.
When Nora arrives at the station, Bo briefly talks about Jared then Nora informs him that Matthew's looking for another doctor to perform the surgery - online through a search engine! "We have to stop him," Nora states then brainstorms with Bo on ways to do so. Knowing they can't stop Matthew, Bo suggests that they talk Greg into operating on their son then says, "He's the devil we know. What else can we do?"
Destiny is in Shaun's hospital room, reporting that his ex-boss is a lesbian and is marrying a sista! When Matthew enters, Destiny relays the news to him then Matthew tells her that he's going through with the surgery. Destiny begs Matthew to give Greg a little more time - and to not just pick any doctor to do the surgery, but Matthew can't wait any longer. Matthew snaps at Destiny for not giving him her support then heads out to meet a new doctor.
Out in the hallway, Rachel pleads with Greg to help her family because Matthew is looking for another doctor to operate on him! Rachel reminds Greg that he's the best - and would be risking Matthew's life if he allowed another doctor to operate on Matthew. Greg reminds her of what he did to Shaun then he's informed of an emergency - and hears Todd demanding the best doctor for Blair!
Blair is rushed into the hospital, and Todd warns her, "You're not going to check out on me!" Greg approaches everyone, as Dorian explains what happened with Blair - and Todd asks for Greg to do whatever it takes to take care of Blair, who was pushed out of a window! While Greg takes Blair to look her over, Todd realizes that he is the one who put Shaun in a coma then heads in to stop Greg from touching Blair - but Starr and Cole arrive and demand to know what happened! Shortly after, Greg reappears to report that Blair is going to be fine - and that there were no major injuries. Everyone thanks Greg, and Todd says, "I want to see her." Dorian protests, but Greg says, "Actually, she asked to see Mr. Manning." Dorian again thanks Greg, while Starr calls Langston with the news.
Across the hallway, as Destiny explains to Rachel that Matthew is heading to meet a new doctor right now, Nora and Bo arrive and overhear. Though Nora and Bo admit to Destiny that they still don't want Matthew to have the surgery, they claim if he's going to go through with it they want Greg to perform it. Rachel explains that she already tried to get through to Greg, but he doesn’t want to operate ever again. Suddenly, Matthew appears and informs his family, and Destiny, that his new doctor knows Greg - and that the new doctor is going to operate on him in Seattle - as soon as tomorrow!
Tea comes rushing through the hospital, and Starr informs her that her mother is going to be fine - and that her dad is in talking with her right now!
Todd enters Blair's room, and they both stare at each other… Blair in confusion, and Todd with relief. Todd asks, "What happened?" to which Blair replies, "I have to tell you something."
At the Angels Square Hotel, Roxy watches Blair's accident on television then tries to tell Brody and Jessica, who arrive, but they tell her about Jared being in custody. Jessica and Brody fill her in on what's been going on with Jared, which scares Roxy to think that Jared could be a killer! As Roxy thinks back to how Jared arrived in Llanview to get revenge on Tess, she asks if Jess is Tess now, but Jessica assures her she is not - and says that Natalie is safe. After Roxy finally tells them about Blair's accident, and about Dorian being a lesbian, Jessica hugs Roxy goodbye, as Brody tells her that everything is going to be okay, saying, "Hang in there, Roxy."
