Gigi becomes more suspicious of Stacy, Greg uncovers something alarming, and Bo and John rush to save Starr and Hope...
In their bedroom, Rex informs Gigi that Stacy tried to get out of another doctor's appointment, but he's making her go! Gigi wonders why Stacy is stalling then suggests that maybe Stacy's not pregnant after all! Rex reminds her that he was there for the pregnancy test, but Gigi insists on not relying on Stacy's word any further and heads out to the appointment with him.
At the loft, Stacy rants to Kim about Rex finding out she's not pregnant, but Kim reminds her of sleeping with Fish - then hands Stacy a pregnancy test! Stacy takes the test, which comes out negative, then panics when Rex and Gigi begin knocking at the door! Kim holds Rex and Gigi off out in the hall, saying, "I'll let you know when Stacy's ready," then goes back to Stacy and promises everything will work out. Kim suggests when the doctor informs Rex that she's not pregnant to act as though she had no idea that she lost the baby!
Shortly after, Gigi barges in, and Stacy warns that Gigi's not going with them! When Rex enters, he insists that Gigi come with them, but Gigi backs off and agrees to stay behind. After Rex, Stacy and Kim are gone, Gigi uses her spare key to get back into the loft and finds the empty pregnancy test box!
Blair and Ross arrive at Dorian's, to which Blair orders Ross to hide in the cabana, who isn't too keen on their arrangement. Blair warns Ross not to pull anything funny, to keep his head in the game then threatens she'll send him to prison if he doesn't!
Inside, Tea comforts Todd, as he explains that the woman vacuuming in the living room was sent by the LPD - and that he still hasn't heard from Blair. Just as Todd heads up to Blair's room, for a clue as to where she is, Blair appears in the foyer and is stunned to see Todd's been beaten up! "I have some bad news for you," Todd says. Todd and Tea explain what happened, and how John never bothered to fill them in on Cole's dangerous work, then Todd lashes out at Blair for being incognito. Tea and Blair bicker a bit until Blair hears that Todd was shot - and so was Shaun! Blair falls into Todd's arms, as Tea watches on in disgust. Todd heads to the station with Blair, not before telling Tea how much he loves her, then Tea is alerted to a noise out by the patio…
Ross manages to sneak some food from the mansion then heads out the patio doors. As Tea heads back into the living room, she goes to the opened patio doors and calls out, "Who's out here?" Ross peers at her from behind a shrub, whispering, "You'll see me soon enough."
Inside John's office, Bo and John fill Brody in on what's happened, who offers to help in any way he can. Everyone worries whether or not Shaun is going to make it. Suddenly, Serge calls, wanting his plane, and threatens to kill Starr and Hope if he doesn't get it! Bo assures him his plane is being prepped and warns that he can't take the girls with him, but Serge doesn't agree and plans to meet his plane at the Llantano airfield.
Outside in the station, Marty tries to comfort Cole, who is worried sick about Starr and Hope. Just then, Asher is brought in, and Cole attacks him, demanding to know what he knows about Starr and Hope's kidnapping! Fish is forced to pull Cole away, as Asher claims he doesn't know anything. John and Bo appear and take over questioning, but Asher doesn't budge.
John brings Asher into his office, questions him about the warehouses, then is forced to bring Brody in - claiming he'll be testifying against him! Brody picks Asher up off the chairs, puts a scary into him, then John dismisses Brody - and Asher finally comes clean with John - and shows him the warehouse where Serge has the drugs shipped in but insists that he had nothing to do with the kidnapping. John asks Fish to take Asher away, as Brody agrees to be the one to sneak in and secure Starr and Hope! When Serge calls again, Bo demands that he release one of the hostages, and suggests that he leave with Starr but give them Hope, but Serge replies, "Sorry, wrong answer." As Bo and John demand that Serge work with them, they hear Serge yell, "Give me the baby," as a gunshot sounds through the phone!
Back out in the station room, Todd and Blair arrive, and Todd blames Cole for everything that's happened! Blair begs Todd to stop then pulls him close and begs him to let John do his job.
In Shaun's room, Greg thanks the doctor for everything he did for his brother but insists on giving Shaun another look-over. As Greg talks to Shaun, begging him to wake up, he finally does and wants to know what happened to Starr and Hope. Greg distracts him and says he'll go get their parents - and Rachel, who Shaun asks for.
Out in the waiting room, Rachel sits with Shaun's parents, while Matthew assures Destiny that he's there for her. Greg joins them and leads Shaun's parents and Destiny in to see Shaun. He then talks to Rachel, who informs him that she had planned to meet Shaun - to break up with him!
Inside Shaun's room, Shaun's parents call him a hero, but he's devastated to hear that he couldn't save Starr and Hope. Shaun's parents and Destiny leave, and Rachel takes their place - and cries when Shaun says, "Sorry we missed our date." Later, Matthew, Destiny and Shaun's parents join them and make Rachel feel guilty by talking about what a great girl their son has found.
In another room, while looking over Shaun's X-rays, Greg tells Shaun's doctor, "We have a problem." The doctor missed a bullet fragment, next to Shaun's brain, and Greg warns if it moves, it'll blow Shaun's brain apart!
