Secretly Busted During An Uncover Deal!

Monday, August 31 2009
Todd spots Cole making a drug deal, Fish confess all to Cris and Layla, and Blair finds dirt on Tea...

Cole and Asher meet Serge in the park, where he explains that they have no supply - since the cops found out about their shipment, which they had to cancel. After Serge grabs Asher, wondering if he ratted them out, Asher denies it - and Serge asks Cole if he did! Cole turns the tables on him and claims that maybe Serge works for the cops!

In Bo's office, Bo and John tell Nora that the mayor is behind all the drugs in Llanview. Nora is stunned as Bo and John explain the details, including the dirty cop Keaton, and she can't believe they want her to help them get a warrant, from the only judge around, one who's the mayor's friend, to monitor the mayor - so they can use the tape recording of Lowell and Keaton legally!

Soon after, Judge Runyon meets Bo, Nora and John and listens to the tape and all the details surrounding Cole's undercover work. Though the judge doesn't want to believe what he's hearing about his colleague, the mayor, he signs the warrant!

Dorian meets the mayor in his campaign office, who is nervous that Viki will beat him, but Dorian replies, "Not with me as your campaign manager!" Dorian brings up ways to beat Viki, including using Lowell's relationship with his son - the family values angle - then she sees two kids drawing a mustache on the mayor's photo. Though Dorian screams for someone to arrest the vandals, the mayor says, "That's my son and his friend."

Dorian then takes Justin away from Becca and demands that he get changed - there's a lot he has to do! With Justin now in a suit, Dorian positions him next to the mayor. While the cameras are taping the family scene, Justin tells his dad that he made the football team, but the mayor clearly has no time for him.

Later, as Dorian tries to get the mayor to go to Justin's game, for campaign sake, John arrives. Dorian asks him to knock some sense into Blair, but John just stares at a snow-globe on the mayor's desk - and thinks it's the perfect place for him to plant the listening device! John approaches the mayor, who rants at him about the drug dealers in Llanview, but Dorian pulls Lowell aside, demanding that he start giving the PD his support - as John switches out the "Lowell for Mayor' snow-globe with one containing a bug!

At the Manning Estate, when Todd proposes to Tea, she's suspicious as to why, but Todd claims he loves her then asks her again. Tea says they are going too fast, and wonders what Todd is so afraid of, leading Todd to admit, "I'm afraid of losing you." Tea assures Todd that she loves him, and when Todd continues to push, saying not even Blair can tear them apart, Tea wants to know, "Is Blair up to something?" Todd talks about Tea's secret, the one Blair's obsessed with, and how Blair has hired a PI to find out what it is! Tea is relieved that Todd didn't read Blair's file on her but says, "That witch, why can't she leave me alone." Todd reminds her that if there are no secrets, Blair won't be a problem, then asks Tea to trust him if she has a secret. "I want to marry you, but I can't," Tea says. Todd thinks Tea's just scared but gives her some alone time - at her insistence.

Over in Tahiti, after Ross reveals that he and Tea are married, Blair says, "I'll be damned." Ross explains their time on the island, and how he wanted Tea, who wanted Todd - and how Todd left them there to get back to Blair, the woman who he loved! Ross knew he came second to Todd, but he and Tea made a go of their marriage - and he had his reasons for them using an alias or two over the years, to protect Tea and her ethics, but in the end Tea still wanted Todd. Blair anticipates Tea's secret jumping up and biting her in the tail - and demands that Ross fight for Tea! Ross is tired of fighting for Tea, and suggests that Blair just use what she knows against her, but suddenly Tea calls!

Back in Llanview, still in the park, Asher tells Serge that he doesn't have any more 'product' left - and Serge suggests that Cole sell his supply to the boy who is calling Asher's name from across the park - it's Justin! As Cole reluctantly digs in his bag to sell the drugs to Justin, Todd sees him from the other side of the park and says to himself, "What the hell are you up to?

With Nora and Bo still in his office, they are shocked to see the press release on the mayor - with Justin by his side, the boy who hurt Matthew - the mayor's son!

When Fish enters their apartment and admits to Layla and Cris that he's gay, he says, "I hate that I'm gay, but I hate what the secret has done even more." Layla and Cris sympathize with what Fish has been going through and try to reassure him that no one would care, not even his boss John, that he's gay. Fish doesn't think the other cops will be so accepting and neither will his parents, especially his father who has his own idea of what a man should be like. Fish briefly talks about Kyle then suggests he move out, but Cris and Layla don't want him to. Layla admits she was hurt, but says she'll get over it, then she and Cris make it clear that they are there to support him. Just then, Fish gets a call from his dad, who says he and Fish's mother are on their way to Llanview to meet Layla!
