Blair arrives in Tahiti, briefly calls Dorian to check on her kids, from outside of Ross' house, and says, "I'm this much closer to finding out what Tea's secret is." Dorian then drops the bomb that Todd's petition to leave the mansion was granted - and that he's probably raced back over to be with Tea! Starr appears, and Blair insists on talking to her, explaining how important her trip is - but Starr wants to know why Dorian mentioned she left to get Todd back! Blair claims Dorian doesn't know what she's talking then hangs up with Starr.

After Blair doesn't get an answer at Ross' door, she breaks in, but before she can step into the house, Ross appears and asks, "Can I help you?" Blair and Ross rehash their old issues of him trying to help Todd kidnap her kids then Blair tells him the real reason she's there - because of Tea! When Ross refuses to talk to her, Blair threatens to call John, to report that she's found a wanted criminal, but Ross stops her! After Blair brings up the absence of Ross and Tea, since their time on the island, Ross wonders what Tea did to make Blair so upset then asks how Blair can guarantee him that she won't turn him in - after he tells her Tea's secret. Blair doesn't want Ross, or care anything about him, then asks, "What's Tea's secret?" Ross admits they were partners - and that Tea is his wife!

Back in Llanview, Viki meets her family at Rodi's and announces that she may be running for mayor but warns about all of the ramifications of her doing so. Natalie, Jared, Jessica, Brody and Charlie all assure her that they'll deal with anything that comes at them - even if they'll be living in the public eye. When Charlie comments about how the family is fresh out of secrets, the kids are forced to admit that someone is stalking them - as Nash. Viki is stunned, and insists on not running for mayor, for this reason, but everyone convinces her that they are handling it, with Bo's help, and that she needs to run for mayor. Viki finally agrees to, especially after seeing the newspaper headline - about the mayor and his campaign manager, Dorian!

Later, outside of Rodi's Jared, Natalie, Jessica and Brody talk about Viki's mayoral run, with hopes that the stalker will back off when word gets out. Little do they know, someone's watching them from the bushes.

Starr tries to get the details of Blair's trip out of Dorian, but Starr is distracted when she sees the photo of her, Hope and the mayor as the newspaper's headline reading, "The Mayor And His Message Of Hope!" Starr is furious that her daughter is being used as media bait then stomps away - refusing to be involved with Dorian's 'little mayor friend' or his campaign!

Just as Dorian is trying to get Starr onboard with the campaign, Viki arrives and announces that she's running for mayor!

After spending the night in her bed, Todd again tells Tea that he loves her then takes a call from Elijah to inform him that he no longer has to live with Blair. When Todd relays the news to Tea, Elijah asks to talk to Tea and warns that he's going to tell Todd the truth about her! "That's not going to happen," Tea says then claims she's ready to make a deal. Tea lays it out for Elijah then demands that he bring the deal to Ross! Todd reappears, and Tea blames her heated argument with Elijah on Matthew's case then Todd kisses her - happy that they can finally be together and do what they want! Tea appears nervous, suggests that since her health and career are back on track that she move back to The Palace, but Todd wants her to move in with him, permanently, then asks Tea to marry him!

Fish wakes up in Stacy's bed, and as Kim hands him some aspirin, and tries to throw him out, Stacy appears! As Stacy talks about their night together, Fish remembers getting into a fight with Kyle, about how their secret is out, still claiming he wasn't gay, with Stacy listening on from the bar at Rodi's, then going home with Stacy, who was very eager to comfort him! Stacy too thinks back to bringing Fish home, bragging with Kim about getting him in the sack - and ultimately making it happen! When Fish interrupts Stacy's thoughts, asking if they had sex, Stacy admits it - and Fish runs off to be sick then leaves, apologizing for using her, and hurting people, especially himself!

Layla wakes up and finds Cris in their kitchen and fills him in on her talk with Fish. Though Layla blames herself for being stupid, Cris comforts her and says "I'm really sorry this happened to you." Layla knows, wherever Fish is, he's hurting too and explains how hard he's fighting the admission to his sexuality. Talk turns to Cris and Layla's old arguments, about her not being able to keep a man, then Layla says, "If only Fish could have accepted it then neither one of us would be this miserable."

Layla thanks Cris for trying to spare her feelings then accepts his hug, but both are startled when Fish arrives home - and admits, "I'm gay."
