Tea can't believe Todd's latest proposal, Rex vows to keep his romp with Stacy a secret, and Stacy thinks about Rex leaving Gigi...
When Todd arrives at his estate, and gets down on one knee, holding a box, Tea thinks he's proposing, but Todd throws her the box - and Tea pulls out a key, to La Boulaie! Tea is shocked that Todd wants her to move in with him then rants about what Blair did to her face , and his house, then says, "I hate you for having sex with her!" Todd assures her it won't happen again - if she moves in. "I want you," Todd says. "Only you." Tea listens to Todd and is tempted as he talks about waking up together every morning then asks, "Are you sure this is about missing me and not about sticking it to Blair?" Todd claims Tea knows it's both - and Tea smirks. Wondering about Dorian, Todd admits she gave him the key, as they both want the same thing. Tea gives in, accepts Todd's kiss then stares at the key after he leaves… Tea then puts the key in her bra!
Back at La Boulaie, Dorian tells Blair that Todd is inviting Tea to live at the mansion, leaving Blair to snap, "Todd's going to invite Tea Del-got-to-be-a… in this house?" After Dorian admits it was her idea and says once Tea's here - Blair will be forced to see what's really going on with Todd and Tea - but Blair claims she doesn't have feelings for him! "If Tea moves in here," Blair warns. "I will kill her!" Dorian vows to banish Todd from Blair's system.
When Todd arrives back at the mansion, he assures Blair that his mistress will be there before bed, but Blair warns, "If you move that tramp in here, you're a dead man."
At the Buchanan Mansion, Nora explains that she can't marry Clint because of Matthew's lawsuit then says, "I can't get married with all of this going on." When Clint hears that they don't have a court date yet, he suggests getting married tomorrow! After Clint asks Bo to make sure Matthew is there, Bo agrees, and Clint manages to get Nora to as well. Bo appears in thought then takes a call from Rex, who asks him to meet him… Once Bo is gone, Clint asks Nora if she was using the lawsuit to postpone the wedding! Again, Nora reminds Clint, through tears, that she can't be focused on a wedding, when she's worrying about Matthew, leaving Clint to take the blame, for bringing Greg to town, then vowing to make sure Greg doesn’t do the surgery. Nora doesn't think that will work, but they both admit they want to be good for each other.
After Destiny and Matthew arrive in Greg's room, they explain how he's suing his parents - and Rachel wonders if this was Greg's idea, who screams at Rachel about her constant browbeating. Destiny admits it was her idea, but Rachel scolds Matthew for doing this to his parents. Matthew states the same case as he did to his parents, including Tea being his lawyer, leaving Rachel just as furious as Nora. When Matthew wonders if Greg will perform the surgery, if he wins his case, Greg states to everyone, "If he wins, Matthew's going to have to figure out if walking is more important than his family is." Just as Rachel gets ready to leave, to help Jessica and Natalie plan for the wedding party, Matthew announces he's not going. Though Shaun got tickets to a Jazz Festival, he gives them to Greg - after Rachel asks him to come to the party. Matthew changes his mind about going, asks Destiny to be his date, then Destiny accepts - turning down Greg's offer to go to the Jazz Festival with him.
Later, Rachel arrives at the Buchanan Mansion to check in on Nora, trying to get her in the partying mood, but when Nora appears mentally exhausted, Rachel says, "You don't have to marry Clint." Nora wonders why she would say that.
Gigi brings Rex to the parking garage to show him what Stacy did to her car, as well as to inform him that Stacy's been released. When they come upon the car, Rex can't believe the damage she did, to which Gigi replies, "And I don't think she's done with us!" Rex wishes he knew where Stacy was, as Gigi assures him Noelle won't let Stacy near Shane. While Rex stays behind, to wait for the cops, Gigi borrows Rex's car and leaves, freaked out by being back in the parking garage.
When Bo arrives, Rex fills him in on everything that happened with Stacy then Bo informs that he has enough to put Stacy behind bars - until Shane's out of high school! Rex doesn't know where Stacy is but promises to give Bo a full statement and to get a restraining order for him, Gigi and Shane. When Bo finds out that Rex slept with Stacy, once, and didn't tell Gigi, he warns that he has to tell Gigi the truth!
Stacy arrives home to the empty loft. Thinking of her pregnancy, she looks in a mirror and imagines her stomach growing and says, "Now Rex will never leave you." She fantasizes about Rex coming home to her, professing his love and excitement over her pregnancy.
Suddenly, Gigi appears, bringing Stacy out of her fantasy, and wonders what Stacy meant by saying, "The three of us are going to be so happy." Gigi then informs that Stacy can throw her fantasies away because she's going to prison - unless she wants to make a deal. "I'll drop the charges," Gigi says. "If you agree to disappear and never come near us again." Stacy won't leave, especially when Gigi says she has no claim on Rex. "That's where you're wrong," Stacy says. "I still have one more card left to play."
