Greg and Rachel are interrupted, Matthew's future is set before him, Natalie prays Jared isn't guilty and Blair wants her memory back...
Destiny is ecstatic that Shaun has woken up, and they talk about his surgery. When Destiny goes to page Greg, Shaun asks her to call Rachel too…
Greg kisses Rachel in his room, and the two fall onto his bed! As Greg and Rachel begin taking their clothes off, Greg's phone rings - and Greg relays the news from Destiny that Shaun is awake! Rachel rushes into Greg's arms, happy for this miracle, but she's clearly distracted by what almost happened between them. Though Rachel insists on driving to the hospital separately, Greg warns that they need to talk about what happened soon.
Shaun's parents arrive in his room and a joyful reunion ensues. Suddenly, Greg appears, and Shaun says, "The man who saved my life, come here, you." Greg goes to his brother and hugs him tight, as Rachel watches from outside the door. Greg examines Shaun and admits he didn't wake up sooner because of him. "It was my fault," Greg says. "All of it." Destiny sees Rachel out in the hallway then approaches her, saying that Shaun's been asking for her. Though Rachel doesn't want to intrude, Destiny reminds her, "You're Shaun's girlfriend." Rachel enters the room, just as Shaun's parents are crediting Greg for saving Shaun. Rachel begs Shaun never to scare her like that again, and Shaun vows to carry through on his promise - and to take the woman he loves out on a date!
Flying high above the clouds, after Nora and Bo inform Matthew that they aren't going to Seattle, Matthew screams, "This is kidnapping!" Matthew demands that they turn the plane around - now - and lashes out at his parents, but Bo and Nora claim they have the right to take him away where he can't enforce the court order. After telling Matthew about Dr. Nance's surgical track record, Matthew is shocked to hear that they have enrolled him into boarding school in London! "I hate you both," Matthew says, but Nora replies, "I'd rather have you hate me than putting your life in the hands of a surgeon who isn't experienced enough." Bo agrees, and after Matthew rants a bit more, Nora and Bo try to get him onboard with the new school, but Matthew chooses to ignore them - and merely glances at the school's brochure, as Nora whispers to Bo, "What the hell are we doing?"
Over at Llanfair, Natalie explains to John, Brody and Jessica that Jared confessed then says, "Jared's behind all of it." As Natalie blames herself, for believing Jared's lies, John tells her not to beat herself up - and to think back to her conversation with Jared, so they can figure out where he is. Natalie is anger that Brody put an APB out on Jared, but John says though he knows Jared loves her, she needs to help him help Jared come in - since he may be in over his head. After Brody and Jessica leave to inform the family, Natalie gets a call from security, saying someone tripped the alarm up at the Buchanan Lodge. Though John insists that Natalie stay put, she rushes past John and says, "Try to stop me!" John sighs then says, "Here we go again." John chases after her.
Inside the Buchanan Lodge, Jared screams, "You? It was you who brought me here!" Jared screams that everything is going to stop - now - because he already confessed to Natalie then says, "We are done!"
Later, Natalie reaches the Buchanan Lodge, before John, and once she's inside, she trips and falls - then screams at the sight of the blood on her hands!
Elijah arrives at Tea's room, at The Palace, in a towel, wondering if she'd order him - if he were on the room service menu! "I'm fat-free," Elijah says then admits he locked himself out of his room. Tea refuses to believe that he only wants to borrow her phone, but Elijah pushes passed her - and Tea quickly runs to grab her briefcase then accuses him of trying to steal it for Ross. Elijah questions where Tea is stashing her kid and says, "The guy just wants to see his kid!" Over talk of Todd, Elijah taunts Tea, saying that Todd is probably off with a new conquest as they speak! Tea makes it clear, that like Elijah, she'll do whatever it takes to get what she wants - and him kicking her while she's down won't change that. Tea moves in close, quickly rips Elijah's towel off him then throws him out of her room!
While Tea laughs from inside, Elijah stands nude, in the hallway, and calmly says to a passerby, "Hey man, how are you doing?" Back in her room, Tea opens her briefcase and looks at the same boarding school brochure that Nora gave Matthew then makes a call and says, "Hi honey, it's Mom."
Blair's mind is blurred with tidbits of what Tea told her, but she wakes up and finds Todd at her bedside. Todd calms her and admits he hates seeing Blair hurt this way - because he cares about her. Todd then opens the door and shows Jack in, which excites Blair. After a visit, Todd sends Jack off to get Blair some peanut brittle then Blair thanks Todd for bringing Jack to her and brings up Tea's secret, wishing she could remember what it was - since she's sure that it's important. Nevertheless, Todd thanks Blair for opening his eyes to Tea, and Blair agrees when Todd says he owes her.
