Stacy and Kim become optimistic, Greg is filled with guilt and John thinks Jared is lying...
Cris heads to the station to bring Layla her gym bag then admits he's meeting an art dealer, who wants Cris to show 'her' around town. Layla appears jealous and asks, "Is this a business meeting or a date?" Layla claims she's just looking out for Cris then thanks him for taking her out, as friends, the other night. Shortly after, Cris leaves.
In his office, John prints out the photo of the man caught outside of Llanfair then makes a call…
Rachel arrives at the rehab center and rants to Schuyler about her work day until she hears about his plans to attend medical school. Though Rachel is happy for Schuyler, she wonders if working so close to Gigi, in order to afford college, is a good idea. Schuyler claims he's moving on then mentions Kim asking him out, to which Rachel replies, "Will you just go out with her!" Schuyler briefly inquires about Shaun then leaves for work.
At the hospital, Matthew is disappointed when Greg refuses to operate on him - or anyone else, ever. Destiny and Matthew lash out at Greg, who claims he has another doctor lined up for Matthew, but Matthew screams, "I don't want another doctor!" Greg apologizes, but refuses to do the surgery then replies, "My mind is made up!" After Greg storms off, Matthew worries he'll be in the wheelchair forever. Rachel arrives to hear the news then heads into Shaun's room…
Rachel joins Greg and questions him about his decision regarding Matthew then reminds him that he didn't mean to hurt Shaun! Rachel preaches to Greg that he's a good man, and doctor, and Shaun wouldn't want Greg to throw his career away. Greg tries to leave, saying he refuses to take the risk with Matthew, but Rachel stops him and says she doesn't want him to go through this alone - and that he should see someone who can help him. Greg takes offense, but listens as Rachel recommends Marty Saybrooke, her own shrink, then finally snaps for her to leave him alone with his brother!
Over at Rodi's, Kim taunts Gigi when she tries to take her order - saying she'll take a Schuyler Joplin! Gigi informs her that Schuyler isn't there then tells Kim to leave her and her family alone! However, Kim keeps pushing, saying she asked Schuyler out, but Gigi doubts he'll give her the time of day. Kim puts her order in then heads to the bathroom to freshen up - before Schuyler gets there!
Schuyler arrives, and Gigi points out that Kim is there to see him. However, after Gigi witnesses Schuyler accept Kim's date invitation, she asks Schuyler, privately, "Are you out of your mind?" While Schuyler tries to justify going out with Kim to Gigi, who bashes Kim, Kim calls Stacy to let her know their plan is working - and Gigi is jealous as ever! Schuyler says he can't have Gigi, and respects her being with Rex, leaving Gigi to warn that Kim and Stacy are up to something - and trying to involve him. "I have to move on," Schuyler says, and Gigi makes him promise to be careful. Once he walks away, Gigi glares at Kim, who is telling Stacy, "Gigi's smoking, and where there's smoke there's fire."
At the bar, Kyle approaches Fish, where they talk about Kyle's run-in with Fish's dad. As Fish explains that he tried to change, because he felt disgusted about himself, Kyle claims that's what hurt him the most - because he's always liked Fish just the way he is. Kyle makes Fish happy by saying, "I forgive you, Oliver," but Fish wonders about the 'what ifs'. Kyle thinks things happen for a reason then suggests he forget about the past and look forward to the future. When Nick appears to meet Kyle for lunch, he asks Fish to join them, but Fish declines - and Kyle leaves Fish with, "I'm proud of you."
Cris arrives and notices Fish staring at Kyle - then urges him to tell Kyle how he feels. As Cris keeps pushing Fish, Fish wonders when Cris plans to tell Layla how he feels! Though Cris denies he has any feelings for Layla, he wonders, if he did, what he should do about it - and Fish tells him to take his own advice.
Over at a table, Kyle explains to Nick that the man who saw them kiss at the hotel the other day, was Fish's dad - and that Fish just came out to his parents. Nick remembers the day he came out but wonders why Kyle didn't tell Fish that his father saw Kyle kissing him? Nick assures Kyle that he's not jealous, but he wants to know if he's still into Fish - or if Fish is still into him. "Which is it?" Nick asks then has to leave for a sudden meeting. Kyle assures Nick that Fish just needs a friend then kisses Nick goodbye, as Fish watches on!
After Nick leaves, Cris urges Fish to go to Kyle, and Fish agrees, if Cris will talk to Layla - who has just walked in the door.
From the patio at Llanfair, the stalker talks to Jared, on the phone, and assures him 'he's on it' then watches as Brody heads out of the room. Suddenly, inside, Natalie gets a call from John who warns that he's on his way over.
Upstairs, with Jared in the shower, Brody sneaks into his room, checks his recent calls then rushes out - just before Jared returns, looks at his phone then at the door.
Shortly after, Jared goes downstairs, asks Natalie if she was in the bedroom, who says no, then is informed that John has more questions. When John arrives, he shows Jessica a photo of the man caught outside, and Jessica asks if he's the stalker. John turns to Jared and says, "You tell me." When no one recognizes the man, Jessica gives John permission to question Bree, who calls out, "Daddy," when John shows her the photo! After Bree verifies that the man in the photo said he was her daddy, and gave her the stuffed elephant, Jessica takes Bree upstairs to show her photos of Nash - while Natalie lashes out at John for thinking Jared was the stalker! Once John leaves, Jared promises Natalie that he's never seen the man in the photo before in his life.
The man outside makes a call saying he almost got the women then says not to worry - that they'll get another chance!
Later, John heads back into his office, and Brody arrives to inform that he checked Jared's call history - and he had a lot of calls from an unknown caller. John calls a friend from the FBI then later gets the information on the man. He turns the computer screen to Brody and explains that the stalker did time with Jared at Statesville!
