Antonio leaves Llanview, Blair and Tea interact, Starr lashes out at Todd, Bo and Nora grow closer over their son, and Natalie worries about what the truth will do to Jessica...
Gathered at the diner for a farewell party for Antonio, Antonio explains to Jamie that he's going to miss her like crazy, but she'll be in good hands with Talia, Cris and Carlotta. When Cris pulls him aside, Antonio tries to explain that he's going to put the issue with Carlo to rest - permanently. Just then, Tea arrives, wondering if she's invited to the obvious Vega party. Though Tea is informed that Antonio is leaving town, she appreciates his honesty when he says, "Saying goodbye to you wasn't high on my list." As Antonio and Cris rant at Tea for betraying them, Layla arrives and comforts a sad Talia.
Across the room, Talia notices Layla glaring at Cris, to which Layla explains why she suddenly hates Cris - because he hurt Sarah and about his visit to Evangeline. When Cris approaches, Talia scolds them both, as, back across the room, Tea apologizes to Antonio, says that she's done with Todd for good then promises to be there for him should he need her help. Tea holds her hand out for a shake, but Antonio pulls his old friend into an embrace. After Tea leaves, everyone toasts to and says goodbye to Antonio.
Over at Llanfair, a frustrated Clint visits Viki and rants about how he hasn't been able to get any more help for Matthew - and he hates seeing Bo, Nora and Matthew suffer like this. "I can't do anything for Nora," Clint sighs. Viki reminds him of what they went through with Jessica and says that everything will work itself out.
As Todd listens from Blair's hospital doorway, inside, John asks if she has any idea who stabbed her - and Blair replies, "Yes," then goes on to explain how after someone hit her hard, she could have sworn someone took her hand - but then she blacked out. Just then, Dorian appears and screams at Todd for standing in the doorway! As Blair wonders what he's doing there, Todd confesses that he's going after temporary custody of the kids! Blair suddenly remembers that Todd called and wanted to see the kids before her stabbing, as Todd explains how Jack asked for stability. He also admits that he saw her after the stabbing, that he would never hurt her like that but that he has to look after his kids!
After John and Shaun push Todd out, Blair worries about the situation, especially with Todd having Tea in his pocket, but Dorian shares her plan of getting Tea on their side! Dorian promises to take care of everything.
Out in the hallway, though Todd tries to convince John that he wants what's best for his kids, John reminds him of the harm he caused Starr then says, "Who do you think you're fooling here?" Before Todd leaves, he warns John that there's nothing he can do to stop him!
Back inside Blair's room, John announces her next visitor - Tea, who has decided to represent Blair! Smiling, Tea assures Blair that she knows exactly how they are going to beat Todd!
When Jessica, Chloe and Starr run into Jared and Natalie, Jessica asks what's wrong, to which Natalie admits, "Something's really wrong." Natalie starts explaining that Chloe isn't her baby - and that Jessica's baby died, but Jessica screams for her to stop - as Starr gasps, "Oh, my, God!" However, this is just a black and white vision in Natalie's head, and after Natalie comes back to the present, realizing that Jessica would be totally destroyed if she knew the truth, Natalie blames her stress on everything that's going on with Matthew and Shane - then watches in horror as Jessica allows Starr to change Chloe's diaper! "I couldn't do it, Jared," Natalie whispers. "I just couldn't." Jared agrees, it's not the right time to tell them - but neither knows if there will ever be a right time.
Brody goes to visit Shane, who pretends to be fine, but admits that he knows how Brody must have felt in the war - always afraid that he was going to die. Over talk of Matthew, Shane thinks Matthew's problems are much worse than his, and Brody promises he'll do whatever he can to make this easier for Shane. As they talk, Shane has to run to the bathroom, and it breaks Brody's heart to hear Shane throwing up. When Shane returns to his bed, he feels better and the two continue talking about Shane's situation - until Shane laughs and asks Brody to get over his mom, so he can get a new girlfriend! Though Shane offers to fix him up with his Aunt Stacy, Brody passes!
Outside Shane's room, Jessica decides to wait there for Brody and tells Chloe how much she and Bree mean to her. Shortly after, Brody appears and he, Jessica and Chloe leave together.
With Starr sitting in the waiting room, looking at a photo of Chloe on her cell phone, Todd appears - and Starr rants that she has no intentions of living with him - ever!
Before Nora enters Matthew's room, Destiny stops her and asks if Matthew is ever going to walk again. Though Nora explains that Matthew hasn't felt up to company, Destiny politely refuses to leave without seeing her friend!
Inside with Matthew, Bo promises him that he and Nora will do everything they can to help him, but Matthew says, "Don't bother." However, Bo reminds his son that they love him more than anything in the world - and will do anything for him! Matthew accepts his father's strong embrace. Just then, Nora appears to announce that a girl from his school is there to see him. Though Matthew thinks it's Becca, and screams that he doesn't want to see anyone, Destiny appears and says, "Too bad."
Out in the hallway, Bo tells Nora that Matthew blames himself for not wearing a seatbelt - and how he doesn’t want to be a burden to them. Totally devastated and filled with pain, Nora breaks down in Bo's arms.
In his room, Destiny hands Matthew notes for some homework but refuses to leave when Matthew asks her to. After their talk about his paralysis, Destiny leaves, runs into her brother Shaun, outside of Blair's room, and Bo and Nora go back inside and comfort their son - while Clint watches the three of them from the window!
Jared and Natalie arrive back at Llanfair, deter Viki from asking any questions then wish they could forget that they ever found out the truth!
