Many lives are in jeopardy, Schuyler faces the ramifications of Cole’s anger, and Stacy sets her plan in motion...

As the headlights come at Gigi and Shane, Cole, in the oncoming car with Matthew, thinks back to Starr kissing Schuyler. "Oh, my God, Shane!" Gigi yells, as the cars collide! Amazingly, Gigi and Shane wake up and appear to be okay - until Shane starts to have an asthma attack!

When Blair is brought into the hospital, Todd wants to go in after her, but Dorian - and Bo - stops him! As Bo is questioning Todd, who Dorian has pinpointed as the stabber, Bo gets a call about Gigi and Shane being in an accident then calls Nora to see if she can go pick up Matthew, at the dance, while he heads to see if Shane and Gigi are okay.

Inside the examining room, Michael prepares Blair for surgery, as Dorian begs her to hold on! As Blair is rolled out, Talia asks if she knows who did this to her, leading Blair to look at Todd - then start coding!

Still talking outside of John's truck, John and Marty hears a crash and head to the scene of the accident! As John checks in with Gigi and Shane, he sends Marty to the other car. John has a hard time getting them out of the car but assures Gigi that an ambulance is on its way, leaving Gigi to say, "John, I don't know how much longer he can go on like this!" John finally gets Shane out of the car and the help he needs! Though Gigi tries to call Rex, his phone goes to voicemail.

Across the way, Marty sees Cole thrown outside the upside-down wreckage and goes to try to wake him! Trapped under the car, Cole finally wakes up and says, "Am I going to die," to which Marty thinks back to Cole as a baby then says, "Not a chance." As if through superhuman strength, the kind that would consume a mother on a mission, Marty lifts part of the car and screams to John, "Help me save my son!" Just as Bo arrives, John and Bo rush over, and Cole is quickly pulled from underneath the car - and John stares at Marty in amazement! Cole begs Marty not to leave him then falls unconscious. "I don't think it's just from the crash," Marty says. "I think he just ODed!" Marty starts ranting off Cole's vitals to the EMT's then is able to bring Cole around, just as he's brought into an ambulance.

At the school, Starr thinks back to her fight with Cole then tries to call him again. Though he doesn't answer, Starr leaves him a message, ranting about his drug use and how he ratted out Mr. J.! "I just want you to know that I don't care about what happens to you anymore."
Just as Starr hangs up, Schuyler appears, wanting to know what she's still doing there! Wondering how he is, Schuyler informs Starr that he's been suspended - indefinitely - while the school administers an investigation into his drug use and time spent with her! Over talk of their kiss, Starr claims that Schuyler felt something as well, but he reminds her that he's her teacher - and if she expects something more then they have nothing else to say to each other! Schuyler then reminds Starr that she's in love with Cole - whether she realizes it or not. Suddenly, Starr gets a call from Todd and says to herself, "What the hell does he want?" Starr answers, and Todd claims he's calling about her mother!

When everyone arrives at the hospital, Gigi holds her son close, happy he's okay, while John comforts Marty, who watches as Cole's wheeled away. John and Marty go into a room, and Marty warns Cole about the tube the doctors are going to stick down his throat - in order to pump his stomach! After John gives the two some time alone, he meets up with Dorian outside room, who says to John how worried she is about Blair - and John has no idea that anything's happened to Blair! Back inside the room, Cole asks Marty if Matthew is okay - confusing Marty!

Markko, Langston and Lola are at the diner talking about what happened between Cole, Starr and Schuyler. Though they feel bad for Cole, they all wonder if Schuyler has feelings for Starr! Suddenly, thinking back to their friend, and how messed up he was tonight, Langston and Marrko hope that Cole is okay!

Over at the carriage house, as Stacey questions Rex's love for Gigi, the drugs appear to be kicking in. Stacey encourages Rex to drink up then claims that he and Gigi aren't married because Gigi isn't the right girl for him! "What did you just say?" Rex asks. "I love your sister." However, Rex's vision continues to blur, as Stacey's smile continues to widen! Stacey starts claiming she's never going to find love, leaving Rex to remind her how any guy would be nuts not to notice her. Stacey thinks back to when they were kids and how nice Rex was to her, but Rex doesn't remember. "It's just a coincidence that you ended up with Gigi when I was the one who met you first," Stacey says, as Rex talks about feeling like he was back at his bachelor party - when he was so drunk that he did a pole dance! "Gave me a whole other appreciation for what the pros do," Rex mumbles - and Stacey unties her robe and replies, "Why don't you let me show you!" Stripped down to her bra and panties, Stacey climbs all over Rex - but he passes out, and Stacey silences Rex's cell phone - and dismisses his call from Gigi!

Just as Bo is securing the accident site, he finds Matthew's hat and screams, "Matthew!"
