Clint and Dorian knock heads, Marty puts the past behind, and Langston begs Ray to let her live in Llanview...

After Dorian barges into the Buchanan mansion, laying into Clint about Ray taking Langston, Clint claims he had nothing to do with it - but says that Dorian can't do anything about it! After Nora leaves for work, Clint admits his part in the scheme! Dorian took his company, and now he's taking her daughter - an eye for an eye! Clint then informs Dorian that she will not lose Langston - as long as he gets B.E. back! "I can send Ray back to prison," Clint admits. "So quick his head will spin!" When Clint hands over some papers for Dorian to sign, giving him back B.E. and making it so she doesn't lose Langston, Dorian asks for more time then claims she cannot make a snap decision, appearing not to be scared by Clint's blackmail!

Outside the mansion, Dorian calls Jackie McNaughton, wanting to further discuss Ray Montez!

In John's office, Cole demands to know why John is looking at a file on his mother! After John claims he was just tying up some loose ends, Cole tells him about the situation surrounding Langston - and Clint Buchanan's involvement! Cole then asks John if he'll stop by the mansion to check on the situation, maybe by pretending to be visiting Mrs. Manning. Though Cole is happy that John found an interest in Blair, he says, "Just don't forget my mom," to which John admits, "I couldn't forget your mom, even if I wanted to." Cole and John briefly share a few memories of Marty then John asks how things are going with Starr, to which Cole admits he's trying to remain Starr's friend - but says that he hasn't changed his mind about wanting to raise his baby. Before Cole leaves, he thanks John for the heart-to-heart, to which John promises to stop by the mansion later that day.

After Cole leaves, John again looks at Marty's case file, scratches out the word 'deceased', replaces it with 'alive' then asks himself, "Is it possible?"

Over at Todd's, as Marty is about the click 'full story' under the photo of her rapists, Todd reminds her that she can either read the story and live in the past or move forward - and help him raise Starr's baby! To Todd's liking, Marty hits exit then closes the laptop. "I hope the nightmares stop now," Marty says. "Because I'm saying goodbye to the past and choosing the present with you." Marty explains her nightmares then talks about feeling the breeze on her face - and how she longed to step outside and feel the world. "You're not a prisoner here," Todd says. "Maybe it's time you did get out." Hand in hand, Todd takes Marty for a ride.

Driving along a country road, Marty takes in the scenery, raises her hands in the air and smiles at Todd with freedom! Finally reaching a clearing, Todd and Marty get out of the car, and Marty expresses how happy she is. Todd then takes her in a kiss, as the couple heads out to share a picnic.

At the station, Antonio and Sarah tell Talia about Ray Montez - and his connection to Cris - to which Talia wonders if Ray had any connection to her father. Further investigating Ray's case, they notice the date Ray was released from prison and it coincides with the time Cris went missing! Just then, Nora appears, overhears Ray's name, and is shocked to hear that Ray is the key to Cris's disappearance - and that he is Langston's uncle! Nora is clearly furious and even admits to feeling sorry for Dorian - and agrees to go with Talia and Antonio to pick Ray up for questioning!

While Markko, Starr and Langston are at school, Ray appears to let Langston know that he was there to transfer her records to the new school in Columbia. Though Ray goes to leave, Langston demands that he stay - in order to see how happy her life is at Llanview High - then begs him not to take her away to Columbia! After Starr and Markko plead Langston's case, Starr receives a call from Cole letting her know that John is on their side.

Once she hangs up, Ray starts to inform Langston that he's still going to take her away - but is interrupted by Nora, Antonio and Talia, who are there to take him in for questioning in the disappearance of Cristian Vega. "Who is Cristian Vega?" Ray asks.

In Colombia, Vanessa introduces Cris to Lola, Ray's daughter, her stepdaughter, then informs him that Ray was in prison for murdering Lola's mother! Lola explains how she heard the murder take place and says that she and Vanessa both testified at Ray's trial! Cris sympathizes with the girl, agrees to help hide Vanessa and Lola from Ray and vows he'll take them to a place where Ray will never find them!
