Leo's Out Of The Bag!

Friday, August 29 2008
Tess' plans are threatened, Todd tells Marty another huge lie, and Langston looks into her family tree...

At the station, when John tells Bo that he thinks Jessica was faking her pregnancy troubles to help Todd, Bo just thinks she's still dealing with her grief. Bo thanks John for alerting him to Jessica's behavior, but John reminds Bo that if Jessica is involved in Todd's mess, "She's going down with him." When talk turns to the missing mystery woman, and the importance of dealing with Lee's murder case by the book, Bo promises to talk to Jessica regarding the matter then John says, "It's good to have you back, Bo. I hope I'm wrong about this Jessica thing."

With Bo heading over to see Jessica, John asks for all of the files on Lee's murder - and finds a security camera tape of the night of the murder!

When Leo arrives at Llanfair, Tess scolds him for just showing up! Suddenly, Tina appears and Tess explains that Leo is there as an electrician. Suddenly, hearing the commotion coming from the living room, Tess puts Leo to work then suggests to Tina that they go see what the lovebirds are up to.

Inside the living room, though Natalie demands that Jared call her father and turn down his deal, Jared says he can't, shows her an airline ticket and tells her Clint booked him a flight to Columbia already - and that he leaves today! Natalie screams that Clint is just using Jared because he knows that Jared feels sorry for what they did.

Just as Natalie reminds him that they are responsible for Nash's death, Tess appears and says, "I remember that…" Quickly asking if Natalie and Jared are okay, Natalie explains their fight, to which Tess says, "I think Jared should go." After Tess talks about the good that could come out of Jared working for Clint, Tina interrupts and questions why the electrician who Jessica hired is in the basement - with the door locked! "Do you know why?" Tina asks suspiciously. As Tess claims that Leo locked the door so her precious little dog didn't get in the way, Natalie and Jared go at it again, to which Jared begs Natalie to support him. After she refuses, he leaves for his trip.

Although Natalie is still mad at Jared, she meets him at the airport to kiss him goodbye. "You're a part of me now," Natalie says, and Jared replies, "You're a part of me too, the best part. I have to do this to make amends." No one wants to see Langston get hurt, but Clint doesn't see another way around it. Jared promises to think every step through, kisses Natalie one more time then leaves…

Leo runs into Tess again in the foyer at Llanfair. After Tess pays him, and says, "Get back to work," Leo walks over to a picture on the wall and Tina bursts in screaming, "Not the safe!" When Tess questions Tina's abrupt nervousness, Tina claims she wants to make sure their family practices safety, leaving Tess to further discuss her 'basement plans' with Leo privately. However, Bo appears out of nowhere and asks what's going on!

Blair and Sam enter the living room at the mansion, to which Blair tells Dorian that she has a permanency hearing today to determine if Todd will get his son back. In tears, Blair admits that she's fallen in love with Sam, who now looks at her like his mother, to which Dorian understands and says, "That's the way I feel about Langston." Dorian agrees to watch Sam, and Blair heads off to court. While Dorian plays 'trucks' with Sam, she talks about Blair's love for Sam - and hers for Langston.

Just as Dorian says, "She's a Cramer through and through," Langston appears and corrects, "I'm not a Cramer, Dorian, I'm still a Wilde." Langston talks about her mother's side as well, and about being a Montez, then explains how important 'blood' is to that part of her heritage. However, Dorian replies, "Family is what you choose to make it. You have a family and you'll never be alone - even if your blood family is gone." "What if they're not?" Langston asks then explains what Delphina told her. "Any chance that she could be right about this?" Although Dorian trusts in Delphina's word, but admits that she's not always right, she reminds Langston that no matter what she has a family right there.

Shortly after, alone, Langston does an Internet search and begins looking into her family tree!

Over at Todd's, Marty worries to Todd and asks, "What if your niece tells John McBain that I'm here." After Todd assures Marty that Jessica will not say a word to risk her safety, Marty admits that she's afraid of John McBain then says, "What would I do without you?" Todd takes Marty's hand and promises to be there for her! Todd briefly talks about his custody hearing then leaves for court.

When Blair shows up in court, she reminds her lawyer that no one is safe living with Todd Manning. Just then, Todd arrives, instructs his lawyer that he wants his son back - and the restraining order lifted - then makes eye contact with Blair! With court in order, after both sides bicker their case, the judge states that Sam is in a loving home with Miss Cramer then says, "And that is where he'll remain." The judge tells Todd to clean up his act then says he'll have to wait one year to revisit this issue! Before they leave the courtroom, Todd rants to Blair for taking his last kid away from him, to which Blair asks, "What's happened to you?" and Todd replies, "You did." Blair then blames Todd for everything that's gone wrong in his life and says, "I'm taking care of everything because you can't. Get your act together then maybe someday you'll get to be a part of your children's life." However, Todd walks away saying, "Someday's today!"

Todd arrives back home in a happy mood and tells Marty that Starr has changed her mind about giving the baby up for adoption - and that he's going to raise his grandchild!

Just like Todd, nothing is ever his fault. He always blames someone else when he screws up his own life.

I'm disappointed in Clint.

I know it's fiction, but a judge would not have given Blair custody of her ex's kid. Sam should be with Todd. and Jumps, Blair did have alot to do with Todd losing his kid. He did drive with Sam not in a carseat, but Blair watched him walk out, knew he was leaving and didn't say "don't take Sam without his carseat, it's in my car!". Worst possible writer logic to get Todd's kids away from him and with Blair. I really hate that aspect of the story. Would never, I mean ever happen, especially with the money Todd can use to pay lawyers.

todd and marty share a kiss?

Midnightson....I actually agree that with some of what you said about Todd and Blair and Sam and the carseat. I mean, in real life, Todd would not have lost custody of Sam in the 1st place, I would think. He would have gotten a stern lecture from the judge about safety, etc etc etc. But from a sl POV, if Todd had had Sam, where would he have put Marty? He would have to have a nanny to watch the kid. Too many people, etc. etc.

BUT, I also think that Todd beating up on Cole, Markko, Langston and Starr had alot to do with him NOT winning the court case.

i think todd is a great guy

So far I didn't see Todd did any more WRONG things lately...except keep Marty in his house. The story about SAM keeps getting boring and OLTL make U.S judge and juridiction more stupid everyday. Even Brittney Spear was drunk driving, she still can see her kids more than few times a week. The judge told Todd to clean his act for revisit next year, I would recommend he goes back to college to taking the courses about the law.

Whatever Todd, let's enjoy the new life and let your stupid tramp ex-wife handle your kids. They won't forget you! I hope one day Todd will win and take everything from BLAIR or let her burn in the rotten hell with John McBore. I couldn't believe I am now hating one of my best favorite female characters I that once always love like this B...^cth Blair!

Was it just me or my wishful thinking----but when Bo mentioned Natalie and Jarad living with Jess/Mess---John had kinda a sad look---well I am a Jolie fan soo someday I hope John wil get back with Natalie and Blair ==town bike will give either Langston's uncle a spin or some other nucklehead! JMO

I LOVE Blair. She has put up with Todd and his antics and schemes for way too many years now. She always had hope he would change and he never does. Whatever happens to Todd is brought on by Todd himself. He has no one to blame but himself.
