In 1968, at the Buchanan ranch, after Clint (Jared) knocks Bo (Rex) out cold, the professor suggests that he and Asa (Bo) take Rex to attend to their business, but Clint persists to rant at Asa (Bo) about Maria! As Bo is forced to treat Clint harshly with words, like Asa would have, Clint lashes out at him then stomps away. Hating being his father, Bo grabs Rex and follows the professor out the door with the hopes of getting back home!

Finally at the fence, Rex wakes up, sees Bo and thinks he was merely knocked out after being bucked off the horse then says, "This was just a dream!" However, when he lays eyes on Professor Fina, Rex screams, "No!" and realizes they really are in 1968! Suddenly, the rain starts pouring down, and lightening fires up the sky, and the professor announces with excitement, "It's time!" After the professor tells them they'll need to be struck by lightening again, in order to get back to 2008, Bo and Rex freak out! Knowing this is the only way to get back to 2008, Rex and Bo prepare for the opening of the porthole - in order for Rex to divorce Adriana and find Gigi, and for Bo to get back to Matthew!

Standing at the fence in 2008, Madame Delphina gets a vibe that something has gone wrong on the 'other side'! However, it isn't until Gigi hears again about how the lightening hit Rex, which forced him through the porthole - and how she must endure the same fate in order to get back to 1968! Though Gigi starts freaking out, and even tries to leave, Delphina promises her that if she really wants to help Rex she better listen to her! "He needs you to go to him," Delphina says. "Bring him back to 2008… bring him back to you." With the rain now pouring down, Delphina gets another vibe and happily tells Gigi that the porthole is about to open! Delphina then instructs Gigi to place her hands on the fence and to wait for the lightening, but Gigi gasps, "Are you out of your mind?" Again, Delphina tells Gigi to place her hands on the fence and to look for a Professor Fina when she gets to the other side!

As Rex and Bo finally place their hands on the fence in 1968, Gigi does the same in 2008. Rex and Gigi both hold their cell phones in the air, as a conduit, then are struck and connected by lightening!

Finalizing an estimate with Leo in the kitchen at Llanfair, Tess worries that someone will find him there but explains to Leo that 'this room' she wants built is kind of like a theater room then says, "This room is going to provide me with hours of entertainment!" After Leo shows her his plans, she doesn't like the layout then jokes about 'the old room' that Leo points out appears to be closed off. After Tess says it was used for a woman who had multiple personalities to get her kicks in, Leo looks freaked out, and Tess laughs that she's just kidding. Back to the plans, Leo talks about all of the music she'll probably be listening to in her 'entertainment room' then offers to make it soundproof, which pleases Tess! Though Leo plans to start work bright and early, Tess demands that he start now!

Upstairs, Jared and Natalie talk about all of the guilt they still feel and wonder if they'll ever feel like two people who can be happy together - or if Jessica will ever get over how much they hurt her. Feeling frustrated, Jared says, "It might just be better if I'm not around." Natalie reminds Jared how much she loves him then convinces Jared to stay! Finally, Jared and Natalie give in and make love under Llanfair's roof for the first time since moving in!

John arrives in Blair's bedroom, and starts to ravish her with kisses! However, when Dorian knocks on Blair's door, Blair's awakened from the fantasy!

Wearing a cleansing mask, Blair listens to her aunt as Dorian talks about Mel, and how he appeared to her while Viki was dead, but Blair asks, "Are you sure that you didn't knock your head in that accident?" Seeing Blair's facemask, Dorian implies that Blair is getting all dolled up for Todd, but Blair vows to be over the man. When Dorian goes on to think there's another man involved and asks who, Blair admits, "John McBain." "You're seeing John McBain," Dorian screams. "Oh, how delicious! He's got this dark, smoldering… So, what is going on behind those smoldering, mysterious eyes?" Though Blair wonders herself, she's just happy that John's an honest man. After Blair heads to the bathroom to wash her face, Dorian grabs the phone!

Over at the Angel's Square Hotel, Roxy expresses her worry to Charlie, and wonders if she'll ever see Rex again. When John appears, he joins the conversation, and Roxy suggests that since Bo's missing too she thinks Bo and Rex are off somewhere 'missing' together. Changing the subject, Roxy hands John some fresh towels, admits she saw Blair leaving his room the other morning then says, "I thought you might be needing these… you little devil you!" Knowing Roxy won't be quiet till John gives up the goods, John claims that Blair and he had a threesome with a mysterious woman, and that he'll never look at his handcuffs and shoulder holster the same way again!

Just as Blair renters her bedroom, Dorian calls John, fakes her voice and asks him to hold for Blair Cramer. When Blair takes the phone, John says, "Blair?" to which Blair answers in embarrassment, "John?"
