I'm Not The One Who's Pregnant!Monday, May 12 2008 |
Langston tells Dorian the truth, Rex fights to hide his feelings for Gigi, and Todd, Blair and John are right on Cole and Starr's heels...
After Langston blurts out, “I’m not the one who’s pregnant,” Dorian grills her with questions then figures out, “It’s Starr… Starr’s the one who’s pregnant.” Though Langston feels bad for exposing Starr’s secret, Dorian reminds her that she didn’t – and that Dorian guessed – then Langston apologizes for upsetting her. Over talk of Starr, Dorian agrees that Todd is going to flip but then wonders, “Why didn’t they tell me.” Feeling bad, once again, for not having been around, Langston assures Dorian that Todd has no idea where Starr and Cole are – and neither does she. After Dorian goes to talk to the doctor, she tells Langston how proud she is of her. Langston then tells Dorian about the untraceable phone Cole left behind, and how Todd found it, Dorian goes to call Blair – but Langston pulls the phone away. However, Dorian warns, “She needs to protect Starr from Todd!” Dorian leaves a message for Blair then warns Langston to learn from Starr’s situation – where Markko is concerned!
Outside on the boardwalk in Virginia, John tries cheering Blair up, who dwells on the influence she and Todd had on Starr. While John and Blair are walking by the hotdog vendor, he stops them to apologize for not being able to help in their search then points to a place across the walk where a lot of kids work over the summer!
Still in Lucky’s Arcade, Cole tries to win Starr a replica of “Fred the Frog’ by playfully winning tickets at Skee-ball – and he does! After Cole wins her a big bear as well, they head out onto the boardwalk - at the same time Blair and John are questioning the man who rented them their room at the boarding house!
Back in Llanview, when Bo brings a drunk Rex home to the loft, Rex begs him to stay and talk. “Okay,” Bo says, “Let’s talk about the real reason you trashed Adriana’s party.” Although Rex claims it was his duty to be there, to make sure Adriana didn’t do anything stupid, he finally admits it bothered him when Adriana asked him who he was looking for at the party. “I remember asking myself… Do I tell Adriana I was there looking for Gigi?” Rex stutters then laughs. “I think I got away with it!” After Bo helps Rex to the bathroom, he listens while Rex talks about kissing Gigi. “Gigi at B.E.” Rex stumbles. “Get it!” As Rex starts dancing – and rhyming – Bo stops him then suggests he ‘get something’ off his chest.
From outside the carriage house, Brody stares in at Gigi – who is holding a male’s shirt, and inhaling its scent. As Brody takes a step closer, Shane appears inside the room and tells Gigi that he found a picture of his dad! When Gigi sees the picture, she says, “That’s Brody Lovett,” then agrees with Shane’s question, “My dad?” As Brody listens from outside the window, Shane asks, “Do you think I look like my dad?” As Gigi reminisces about Brody, Brody stands outside the window with sadness in his eyes. After Shane heads up to bed, Brody goes to the front door and says to himself, “Just do it.” Suddenly, Gigi hears a noise from outside!
Adriana arrives at Dorian’s, not wanting to see the groom before the wedding, and admits to Addie that her party was great… “Until Rex showed up looking for Gigi.” Over ice cream, Adriana explains Rex and Gigi’s past then admits that Gigi brings out the worst in her. Though Addie suggests that Adriana not make trouble where there is none, Adriana still worries about her wedding tomorrow. Laughing about Addie not being able to go to the wedding, because Blair hates Adriana, Addie wishes Adriana the best.
At the vineyard, Nash excitingly shows Jessica his very first article of praise in a wine magazine! Later, Jessica shares her night with Nash, about how Sarah booked Snoop Dogg at Ultra Violet, then the couple make up for lost time.
In Texas, Natalie breaks the kiss and warns Jared that they can’t let Noelle catch them – for fear she’d call Viki and say she saw her making out with her uncle! With David behind the counter trying to eavesdrop on the couple, Natalie and Jared call out to him to place their order! Suddenly, as David hollers over his shoulder that he doesn’t speak English, Noelle appears and he quickly pulls her to the floor and warns, “Shhh! They can’t know I’m here!” After Noelle and David exchange threats, then bargain out a deal, Noelle goes to Natalie and Jared’s table to take their order – and blames the commotion on ‘the dishwasher’. Though Moe sees David on the floor, David claims he’s helping out Noelle, then listens on as Natalie and Jared exchange sweet-nothings – including Jared admitting that he’s not a Buchanan! David continues to hear Natalie and Jared plan how they are going to hide their relationship – until they eventually break the news to the family… About who the real missing Buchanan is! Natalie warns Jared that the family will not be happy that he took advantage of them. When Moe and Noelle come out with their order, Natalie and Jared say their goodbyes then head out of The Bonjour Café.
When the coast is clear, Moe orders David to get back to work, but David rips off his hairnet and says, “I quit!” Though Moe claims David still owes him, David says, “Llanview calls!” He then hands Noelle his new lucky lottery ticket and says, “Who needs a lucky ticket when you have a meal ticket! So long, suckers!” David leaves The Bonjour Café behind!”
