For all of you who are upset with the exit of Michael and Marcie, Soaps.com has a bit of news that may make you happy! Though there are no plans to bring Kathy Brier (Marcie McBain) back, word has it that Chris Stack (Michael McBain) may make a brief return this summer to finish up the Leukemia storyline! On the heels of breaking the story of Kathy Brier's exit, Soaps.com has learned that not only will we not be seeing Marcie McBain in Llanview any longer, but her on screen husband, Michael McBain, played by Chris Stack, will be leaving as well.
Apparently, the show contacted both actors with this news last week, reason being that they don't feel they have any more to write for the characters.
This makes us wonder where the show will be taking the paternity storyline, and we can almost bet that they won't allow baby Chloe to ride off into the sunset with the McBains. However, we can tell you that their exit will be tied to the paternity of baby Chloe - when they leave town in June!
