One Life To Live - NEWS ROOM

It’s no secret that each new day brings a fresh rumor in soapland. As always, Soaps.com doesn’t take part in fueling those pesky little tidbits – rather we try to dispel them for readers or, to say the least, bring them some kind of reassurance.

Some of the latest rash of One Life to Live exit rumors involve Forbes March (Nash), Tobias Truvillion (Vincent) and Kathy Brier (Marcie).

When we contacted our friends at ABC to see if in fact these players are leaving the show, an ABC Rep told Soaps.com, “We do not comment on rumors.”

While that doesn’t give readers the answers they were hoping for, it does in fact mean that no matter what’s posted around the net today nothing is official, which means these actors aren’t going anywhere till the Powers-That-Be say so – if they even do!

Although Kathy Brier’s role as Marcie started out as temporary back in 2002, throughout the years her character has gone on to be a part of some unforgettable storylines including The Killing Club Murders and Tommy’s Kidnapping to name a few!

Since coming to the show in July of 2005, Forbes March (Nash) has played a key role in one of the biggest follow-up storylines to Viki’s D.I.D. – Jessica’s bout of the hereditary illness! And for those who aren’t aware of this, Forbes will be cruising the seas with the fans for the 2009 Soap Cruise! Get the scoop in our Latest News Room!

Last, but certainly not least, fans were ecstatic to set eyes on Tobias Truvillion in 2006 when he appeared as the tough but handsome Vincent Jones! Though some even thought he’d be Llanview’s next R.J. Gannon, we were pleasantly surprised to see Vincent evolve into the kind businessman he is today. However, we all know better than to cross him!

So fans, while we couldn’t bring you any definite news to completely dispel these rumors, we promise to keep you posted through our Comings and Goings page. Until we receive official word from the show, as far as we’re concerned, these actors are staying put!
