It's Time Ross Rayburn Gets Something He Wants!

Watching a movie at Todd's, Jack tells his dad that his mom should be there with them. Suddenly, Todd's PI arrives, reports that he tracked Tea down to a prep school - for kids - and that she's with Elijah. Todd's confused, wonders where Ross is then tells the man to keep him posted. Once he leaves, Jack asks Todd if he's going to London, after Tea then makes it clear that he wants his parents back together. "I like Tea, but she messed you up," Jack says. "Why go running back to her when you have everything here with mom?"

Halloween Confessions...

Over at the apple bowl, just as Blair and Todd almost kiss, he pulls away, and Blair asks, "You're missing Tea, aren't you?" As Jack and Sam join them, Todd says, "As least I have my kids," which makes Blair think back to Tea's admission of being the mother of Todd's child! Wondering what to do the rest of the night, Blair suggests that Todd and the boys go to the rally with her to support Dorian! However, Todd and the boys decline, so Blair kisses the kids goodbye.

Passions Ignite!

Back in Llanview, Schuyler, Gigi and Shane arrive at the Halloween Party and get into an argument with Todd, Blair and Jack over who's going to win the best costume contest. "The only prize sex offenders get is an ankle bracelet!" Todd tells Schuyler. When it's time to start the judging, The Mannings and Gigi's clan exchange barbs then they're both called up as finalists - with the judge announcing Todd as Blair's husband, and Schuyler as Gigi's! After each team takes the runway, taking jabs at each other along the way, Schuyler, Gigi and Shane are crowned the winners! Regardless of their loss, Todd tells Blair he's enjoyed hanging out with her and the kids then they go bob for apples!

I Need To Make An Appointment, Please!

Outside of Blair's hospital room, Todd warns Jack that he's not skipping school - and that Todd's not planning to hook-up with Blair, as Jack implies! When they enter her room, it's empty. As Todd goes off to find Blair, Elijah arrives and asks Jack where Blair is, who smiles and wonders out loud, "What's it worth to you?"

As Jack threatens Elijah, with the fact that his client broke into his dad's house, Blair and Todd appear. Jack heads out into the hall, and Todd is shocked when Elijah brings up the fact that Ross is still in jail, after escaping to visit Blair in the hospital, and wonders what's going on between Blair and Ross! Blair claims that she felt bad that Ross was tasered, for escaping to see her, and doesn't want him to suffer for something he did so long ago. Blair promises to drop the kidnapping changes on Ross then Todd tells Elijah to tell Ross to stick to Todd's other ex-wife, Tea!

Interrupted By A Miracle...

Blair's mind is blurred with tidbits of what Tea told her, but she wakes up and finds Todd at her bedside. Todd calms her and admits he hates seeing Blair hurt this way - because he cares about her. Todd then opens the door and shows Jack in, which excites Blair. After a visit, Todd sends Jack off to get Blair some peanut brittle then Blair thanks Todd for bringing Jack to her and brings up Tea's secret, wishing she could remember what it was - since she's sure that it's important. Nevertheless, Todd thanks Blair for opening his eyes to Tea, and Blair agrees when Todd says he owes her.

Jared Makes A Confession!

When Tea shows up at Todd's to get her things, Todd tries to turn her away, but Jack says, "Wait, I want to talk to her." After Tea reassures Jack that she didn't push Blair out a window, he admits, "You wouldn't do that on purpose." Tea apologizes for everything that's happened and says she knows how it feels to love a child - and Todd wonders what she means until Jack tells him to back off. Tea tells Jack that she'll always love him then Jack rushes upstairs to check on Sam, leaving Tea and Todd to bicker about their issues some more. "I guess if it's over between us," Tea says, "then there's no reason to tell you anything else." Tea rushes upstairs to get her things and gets nervous when she can't find her briefcase. Jack rejoins them and overhears Tea talking about the briefcase - then informs her about the guy who tried to steal it, the one who his mom was hiding in the cabana! After Tea leaves, Jack wonders if Todd is going to get back with his mom or Tea, but Todd reminds Jack to just concentrate on his mom getting better - so she can come home. "That's the only thing I'm going to focus on," Todd says. "The mother of my kids."

A Plea To Save Matthew From Himself!

Inside, Noelle turns off the news and refuses to take Jack to the hospital. Dorian calls and informs that Blair is going to be fine, since she landed on the pool cover, and as Jack turns the television back on, Jack and Noelle watch the replay of the press conference - as Ross sneaks in the house and up the stairs! "Aunt Dorian's a lesbian?" Jack asks. "When did that happen?"

As Ross tries to leave the house with Tea's briefcase, Noelle stops him and demands to know what he's doing! Ross claims he's Tea's husband, and that he's leaving with the briefcase, but Noelle is having none of it and waves a rolling-pin his way - but Jack beats her to the punch and hits Ross over the head!

With Ross tied up, Noelle convinces Jack to let her take the blame for knocking Ross out, as to not upset Blair, and as Jack starts talking about knowing Ross, who has some secret with his mother, Fish arrives and listens as Noelle explains that Ross tried to steal Mrs. Manning's briefcase - and she had to knock him out because he wouldn't give it up!
