Outside of the bar, Schuyler approaches Gigi, to which she admits she told Rex that he kissed her - and how Rex doesn't want her hanging around him anymore. When Schuyler promises to back off, saying, "I can't be your friend anymore," neither wants to lose the other as a friend, but they agree to do so - for her family's sake. Schuyler and Gigi share a hug, but Rex appears, pulls him off and screams, "Get the hell off of my girlfriend!"
Roxy meets Gigi at the bar and talks about her fight with Rex on the night Stacy fell down the stairs. As Roxy asks her to tell Rex and her only grandchild that she misses them, Gigi informs her about Stacy's pregnancy, leading Roxy to blame herself - for going along with Stacy's lies! Over talk of the situation, Roxy assures Gigi that Rex is in love with her, and they both agree not to let Stacy win!
Just as Roxy asks Gigi to find out if Rex is ever going to forgive her, Rex appears and says, "Ask him yourself."
Still at the carriage house, after Gigi tells Rex that Schuyler kissed her, Rex asks, "What were you doing encouraging him?" Gigi says she didn't want any secrets between them, that's why she told him the truth, then defends Schuyler, saying he was confused - but Rex suggests that she stay away from Schuyler. "He's my friend, he's not trying to break us up," Gigi says, but Rex replies, "Promise me you won't have anything to do with him." Gigi brings up Stacy, all she's done and how Rex is going to be with her for the baby then says, "If I have to tolerate Stacy in your life, you better find a way to deal with Schuyler in mine." Once Gigi makes Rex see that she needs a friend, and that she wants him, not Schuyler, Rex agrees 'they are good' then Gigi heads out to work. Shortly after, Blair appears to ask Rex for help - with Tea!
After Gigi pulls away from Schuyler's kiss, at the carriage house, saying how wrong it was, Schuyler apologizes then says any guy who chooses Stacy over her would be crazy. Gigi is surprised that Schuyler has feelings for her and reminds him that she loves Rex. Schuyler doesn't want to lose her as a friend and asks Gigi to forget what happened. As hard as it will be to forget that the kiss happened, Gigi doesn't want to lose him as a friend.
Just as Schuyler is leaving, saying they have a deal - zero weirdness - Rex appears and asks, "What's the deal, kids?" After Gigi claims that she and Schuyler just made a bet, Schuyler leaves - and Gigi admits to Rex that Schuyler just kissed her!
Over at the carriage house, Rex makes sure he and Gigi are okay, who says, "I still can't believe that my sister is having your baby." However, Gigi offers to go apologize to Stacy for suggesting she have an abortion, but Rex asks her to just stay out of it - for her own sake. Wondering if Rex can forgive her for suggesting the abortion, Rex tries to make her understand that there's room for her, Shane and the baby. Gigi isn't so convinced but kisses Rex before he leaves to smooth out some ground rules with Stacy - alone.
Shortly after, Schuyler arrives, saying he waited for Rex to leave since Rex ordered him to stop being her friend. Gigi explains the latest developments surrounding Stacy and Rex, and Schuyler tries to talk her through everything - but Gigi still thinks that Stacy could get her hooks into Rex, like she did Schuyler all those years ago. As Gigi thanks Schuyler for being such a good friend, Schuyler admits that his thoughts about her are anything but pure - then kisses Gigi!
Still at the carriage house, after Gigi admits she went to give Stacy money for an abortion, Rex wonders how she could do that - then starts to leave to stop Stacy from having the abortion. Gigi stops him and relays that Stacy has no plans to have an abortion, and Rex is forced to ask Gigi, "I'm not abandoning this child. Can you live with that?" Though Rex doesn't want to raise the baby 'with' Stacy, he refuses to lose Gigi, who says, "I would give anything for Stacy not to be pregnant." Over further talk about their situation, Gigi cries, "I need you, I love you so much." Rex shares her feelings, and they vow to stick together as a united front.
At the loft, Gigi makes it clear to Stacy that the money is to be used for an abortion, because she's in no position to raise a baby, which Stacy adamantly refuses and warns that Rex will love their child too - more than he loves Shane! Stacy taunts Gigi with, "I'll be the woman who gave him a healthy baby, not that wheezing brat you have," causing Gigi to lash out, "Don't you dare talk about my kid like that!" Gigi is shocked by how delusional Stacy is and screams, "He is never going to love you!" Though Gigi tries to reason logically with Stacy, as a parent would to a child, Stacy keeps taunting her about what it'll be like to go through this pregnancy with Rex - unlike Gigi was able to! Stacy throws the abortion money in the hallway then orders Gigi out of her house!
