Just then, Stacy and Kim arrive at the carriage house.
Involuntarily Falling Off The Wagon!
Gigi follows Rex back to the carriage house, screaming, and demands to know if Rex told Schuyler to leave town! After Rex admits he did, he snaps, "It's not like I went over there to suggest an abortion!" Gigi screams her apologies again then in a fury demands to know what more she can do to make him forgive her! Rex asks Gigi to get off his back and wonders why she cares so much if Schuyler leaves town. As they continue to bicker over Schuyler, Stacy and the baby, Gigi tries to leave - but Rex stops her and the two give in to their pent-up passion! After making love on the floor, Rex apologizes for everything surrounding Schuyler then says, "There no reason why you guys can't be friends."
Destination: Tahiti!
Gigi runs into Schuyler at the pier, who walks away - even as Gigi follows - and insists that they can still be friends. When Gigi finds out that Rex suggested that he leave town, she's upset, but Schuyler says he doesn't blame Rex. "I'd do the same thing," Schuyler says. Over talk of his mom, and why he came to Llanview, Schuyler wonders if it'd be best for everyone if he left - but Gigi replies, "Not for me!" Gigi explains that she'd miss him - and that she promised Rex that nothing more would happen between them - but Schuyler admits that he can't stop thinking about her - or about kissing her again! Gigi admits she cares about Schuyler, a lot, but says she wants to be with Rex. Schuyler wants Gigi to be happy but hopes she understands why they need to put some space between them.
Gigi meets Rex at Rodi's, tells him about what Schuyler told her then reminds Rex that they were supposed to be a united front!
All Right, Doc, Let's Get This Over With!
Schuyler overhears Gigi and Rex, in the park, talking about how great 'last night' was and how they vow not to let anyone come between them again.
From Rodi's, Stacy calls Kim, who is planning to meet with Baby Daddy Number Three. Gigi and Rex enter the bar and approach her table just as Stacy hangs up. Over talk of the baby, Rex and Gigi are furious that Stacy hasn't seen a doctor, especially since the baby is supposed to be so important to her! Stacy manages to make Rex feel guilty, who asks Gigi, "Do you know a good OB?" Gigi gives Stacy a recommendation, and Rex demands that Stacy set up the appointment - one he plans to attend! While Rex briefly takes a call, about Ross, Gigi grills Stacy. Rex returns to the table, tells Stacy to let him know when she has an appointment then Gigi rants at Stacy, who claims she has some bills for Rex. Gigi reminds Stacy that many women work while pregnant then Rex breaks up the argument.
Stacy leaves, and Gigi wants to know why Rex isn't making Stacy help, financially, with the baby. Rex apologizes for not being there for Gigi, when she was pregnant.
An Emotional Plea...
Outside of Rodi's, Rex demands that Schuyler stay away from Gigi, but Gigi and Schuyler inform him that they were hugging goodbye. Rex stakes his claim on Gigi, which infuriates her, as Schuyler explains that they were ending their friendship to make things easier for him and Gigi to get their life back. "You have this amazing girl," Schuyler says. "If you don't realize that then you're a jacka…" Gigi tells Schuyler that he doesn't have to say goodbye, but Schuyler again reminds Rex to appreciate her then leaves - and Gigi wonders if she and Rex will ever be okay again… Gigi stomps back into the bar.
Rex follows Gigi inside, and they hash out their issues then agree not to let anyone knock down the wall they've recently recreated around their family.
Wanted: A New Baby Daddy!
Over at Rodi's, Rex approaches Gigi and Roxy, who wonders if Rex will ever forgive her. Gigi gives them some time alone, and Rex rants about how Roxy didn't think twice about hurting his family. When Roxy still refuses to tell Rex who his father is, she cries how much she loves him then promises to run Stacy out of town. However, Rex warns Roxy to stay away from Stacy - and him - then vows to make this situation, surrounding the baby, work.
