Sarah arrives back to the apartment ranting and raving to herself about Cris and Vanessa then apologizes to Carlotta, Layla, Talia, and Antonio with a shy, "Happy Thanksgiving." In private, Sarah shares her worries with Talia and Antonio. When Cris calls, Talia quickly answers it, hands it to Sarah then the two apologize and agree to Thanksgiving dinner at the apartment - with Vanessa. After Sarah hangs up, Talia makes Sarah promise she'll stay quiet then confesses that Ray accused Vanessa of framing him - and may have shot him to shut him up!
Once Cris and Vanessa arrive, Sarah can't help but spurt out little jabs at Vanessa - and blurts out Ray's theory, the one she promised Talia she wouldn't breathe a word of! Talia and Antonio begin to argue about Talia telling Sarah police information, Cris apologizes to Vanessa for Sarah being drunk, Layla yells at Cris for being rude to Sarah then Carlotta loses it and demands that they all stop fighting on Thanksgiving! After everyone apologizes to each other, Carlotta announces that the new diner will have its grand opening tomorrow then suggests they all head over there now to remember the place that her husband built so many years ago.
At the Buenos Dias Café, Viki, Gigi, Charlie, Noelle and Moe prepare a Thanksgiving diner, as Marcie and Michael arrive, followed by the Buchanans, the Vegas and their crew, as well as Dorian's family. After Shane introduces his dad, Rex, to Moe and Noelle, Llanview celebrates Thanksgiving as one.
The Guy Needs Help, Not Punishment!
Over at Antonio's loft, Talia, Jamie and Antonio celebrate Antonio's new position as Chief of Detectives.
You're Going On To The Lightening Round!
As Todd retaliates, and taunts Tess with thoughts of Nash and Jessica, Tess starts screaming at him - until Jared appears and interrupts! After Todd leaves, Tess claims she's tired and wants to go to bed - and Jared finds it funny that she hasn't asked about Rex! Tess claims she's been very preoccupied with Bree and tries to get out of going to the hospital to see Rex - even when Jared offers to watch Bree! Tess brings up how hard it is for her to go into hospitals then finally gets Jared off of her back. While Tess wonders if Jared is on to her, Jared appears very suspicious!
When I Want Something I Get It!
Carlotta and Jamie take Antonio to the airport for his trip back to Mendorra. After Jamie asks him to please bring Talia home, Antonio kisses his mother and daughter goodbye, assuring Carlotta that he'll be safe. Just as Antonio is about to board the plane, Cris and Sarah arrive to say, "We're going with you!" Although Antonio is against it, Cris and Sarah won't take no for an answer!
Shopping For Who?
Later, Clint, Jared and Todd show up at Viki's party. Viki makes a point to ask Jared about Charlie then says, "I'm glad you two are close again." Though Jared tries to play nice with Clint, Clint assures Jared that he has no intentions of doing so! Just as Tess starts her going away speech for Viki, Dorian appears and says, "Good evening, did somebody forget to invite me?"
Antonio Takes The Bait!
Nash joins Jessica, Cris and Sarah at the diner. After Jamie approaches to say hello, Carlotta thanks Jess for being there for Cris when he got arrested. Jessica talks about how close they used to be then asks Carlotta if they can be friends again. Carlotta agrees to try then Jess can’t hide her sadness when Jamie says, “You used to be my mother.” Later, over talk of mothers, Sarah expresses how she hasn’t talked to Tina in a long time then says, “It’s better that way.”
Temptation Stirs Within...
At the station, as John and Talia are joking around, Antonio storms past them and into Lee’s office. When Lee invites Antonio to join him on a drug bust, Antonio accepts then agrees to meet Lee after sundown. Just as Antonio walks out into the station room, Jamie appears and runs right into Talia’s arms saying, “I missed you so much!” From his office, Lee watches – and smiles. After Carlotta makes a snide remark toward Talia and John, Jamie shows her daddy a picture from school. Though Carlotta suggests he take Jamie out for ice cream, Antonio sadly says he has to work but insists on being there for Jamie’s appointment in the morning. Suddenly, Lee comes out, goes to Jamie and says, “Does your daddy know what a pretty little girl he has?” Lee impresses Jamie - and Antonio - with a magic trick, producing two quarters from behind her ears for the candy machine. Once alone, Lee offers to give Antonio the night off, but Antonio sticks to his commitment.

At the coffeehouse, Antonio and Jamie share a hot fudge sundae. As Antonio sadly kisses his daughter on the cheek, Lee peers at them through the window…
