COLE THORNHART'S HISTORY
A newcomer to Llanview in 2006, Cole Thornhart found himself quickly sucked into the wrath of teenage peer pressure, becoming hooked on steroids as a way to meet the expectations of fellow football players and his coach. Thankfully, his need to do the right thing became easier with the idea of having Starr Manning on his side. Though Starr experienced the harsh effects of Cole's steroids first-hand, through her acceptance, Cole was able to do the right thing and admit his mistakes. However, the fact that Starr's father raped Cole's mother back in college will surely take Cole down a new emotional path of acceptance.

Tuesday, October 07 2008: I Think Marty May Still Be Alive!
Still at the school, though Ray claims he doesn't know a 'Cristian Vega', he's forced to go to the station for questioning with Antonio, Talia and Nora - but warns Langston that they are still going to Colombia! Left with a lot of unanswered questions, Langston still worries about being swept away from Llanview, but Starr and Markko assure her that Dorian will not allow it!
Monday, October 06 2008: Dorian And Clint Face-Off!
In John's office, Cole demands to know why John is looking at a file on his mother! After John claims he was just tying up some loose ends, Cole tells him about the situation surrounding Langston - and Clint Buchanan's involvement! Cole then asks John if he'll stop by the mansion to check on the situation, maybe by pretending to be visiting Mrs. Manning. Though Cole is happy that John found an interest in Blair, he says, "Just don't forget my mom," to which John admits, "I couldn't forget your mom, even if I wanted to." Cole and John briefly share a few memories of Marty then John asks how things are going with Starr, to which Cole admits he's trying to remain Starr's friend - but says that he hasn't changed his mind about wanting to raise his baby. Before Cole leaves, he thanks John for the heart-to-heart, to which John promises to stop by the mansion later that day.
