At the Buchanan Compound, as Neval is helping Bo and Nora get ready to leave for Llanview, David appears and warns them to suit up - before they tell Clint the truth! Suddenly, Clint appears, and after David excuses himself, Bo and Nora admit to Clint that they were on their way home. As Clint carries on, Nora nervously asks to talk to him. Clint asks Bo to give them some time, but just as Bo asks Nora if she needs him to stay, the headmistress from Matthew's school calls to report that he's missing!
David meets Destiny, out in the foyer, who rants about the girl who Matthew went to Seattle with - and says how much Dani likes Matthew. After David jokes about getting a wheelchair, to attract a rich woman, he informs Destiny that he's not going back to Llanview. David gives Destiny some money, something he never gives away, explains he wants to start a new life, without Dorian, then hugs Destiny goodbye, urging her to give Matthew some time. Just as David puts Destiny in a cab, Nora, Bo and Clint appear and ask if he's talked to Matthew. David denies it then steps outside to wave goodbye to Destiny, who is already gone - and gets locked out of the house then screams, "Neval!"
Hi Ho Hi Ho Buchanan Hunting I Go!
At the Buchanan Compound, as David asks Destiny, who wants to see Matthew, to leave Nora and Bo to him, Neval calls Nigel and promises to get him the scoop on what David is up to - then Nigel asks if Nora's available for a call from Clint. Back in the living room, as Bo wonders if Nora is avoiding him, David appears to clarify and says that Nora's afraid if she's alone with Bo she'll jump his bones! Just as Bo and Nora warn David to back off, Neval appears and hands a phone to Nora - it's Clint! While Nora takes the call, David begs Bo not to be like him and Dorian - and to go after what he wants! "Learn from us, Pa," David says. "I can't wait to see my Daddy happy - and to call Nora Big Mama!" On the phone, Nora assures Clint, who wants to come to London, that she's managing, reminds him that he's needed in Llanview, and insists that she'll be home soon. Nora says she misses him, and replies, "Me too," to Clint's, "I love you," then hangs up, just as Destiny and David bombard her with a request to see Matthew! Bo and Nora finally allow it then send David off to take Destiny to Matthew - and to relay the message that Nora and Bo love him. Out in the foyer, Destiny convinces David to stay behind, so she can go alone and tell Matthew how she really feels about him.
Until Death Do Us Part!
Destiny and David arrive outside of the Buchanan Compound. After David instructs Destiny to hide in the bushes, while he goes in and distracts Bo and Nora, he bangs on the door and is shocked to see the butler - Nigel's lookalike cousin, Neval, who slams the door in David's face! After David gets him to open the door, he threatens Neval, who tells David to bring it on! As the men are about to fight, Destiny jumps out of the bushes, distracts Neval and ushers David inside the compound - so she can go find Matthew!
Bo and Nora share another kiss, and are shocked when they see David in the doorway, watching them! Bo demands to know what David is doing there, as Destiny and Neval join them. After Neval leaves, Destiny begs them to see Matthew, as Bo berates David for bringing her to London! As David is trying to convince Bo and Nora to let Destiny see Matthew, he gets Langston's message, warning that he's going to lose Dorian to another woman!
Just then, Neval heads into the living room and instructs everyone to turn on the television - Nigel said they wouldn't want to miss this! Watching the ceremony in Angels Square, David drops his cell phone when he hears Andrew say, "You may kiss your spouse," and Dorian and Amelia kiss!
Halloween Confessions...
On a plane to London, David pretends to sleep, in order to forget that Dorian is about to marry a woman, but admits to Destiny that he and Dorian are soulmates. David thinks back to some steamy moments shared with Dorian. When Destiny wonders if David told Dorian that he loved her, he replies, "I never had the chance." Destiny vows to tell Matthew that she loves him, the second she sees him, leaving David to wonder if Dorian ever loved him. In the end, David realizes that it's too late now.
Passions Ignite!
Destiny goes to Dorian's and tells David, who is looking at the rally wedding invitation, "We have to save Matthew." Though David doesn't know what he could do, Destiny reminds him that he's a Buchanan - and says they always know what to do! Destiny hands David the plane tickets she bought them and admits that she loves Matthew, causing David to think about Dorian. However, David agrees to go to London, pushes Destiny away when she grabs him in a hug then says, "We've got a plane to catch, sister!"
In the living room, Amelia suggests that Dorian legalize all of the gay marriages taking place at the rally today! Dorian reminds her of the law, but that doesn't stop Amelia, as she pushes Dorian to sign off on the marriages, promising her she'd be free to be with David - even if she becomes Amelia's wife! Dorian denies having a relationship with David, but Amelia wonders if Dorian wants to cancel their wedding - just as David appears!
After Amelia leaves, Dorian shares Amelia's plan with David, about legally becoming Amelia's wife, but David wonders, "How do you feel?" Dorian still feels obligated to her community - so David quits, announcing he's leaving for London to help someone who can't be with the person she loves. "Someone like you," David says.
