Todd arrives at the mansion and asks Jack to be his best man, but Jack replies, "I want you and mom to get back together. Tea's hot and all, but she's not mom material." After a bit of bargaining, with Todd agreeing to buy Jack a car when he's of age, Jack agrees to be his best man.
Todd picks up Tea at Llanfair but before they leave, Tea says, "Todd, there's something I need to tell you."
Visions Of You...
Outside the mansion, Tea tries to hand Todd back her engagement ring, accusing Todd of wanting Blair back - and wanting to know what Blair and her boy-toy are doing right now in the cabana! Todd claims his concerns are merely for his kids, leaving Tea to remind him that the kids are always Blair's excuse too. "Blair wants you, and you want Blair," Tea says. When Tea brings up how he left her, on the island, for Blair- even though he had feelings for her back then, Todd screams, "I've changed!" Todd makes a reservation for them for diner, to include Tea's favorites, then says, "I'm not going anywhere… put that back on." However, Tea replies, more to herself, "I can't make the same mistake I made last time," leaving Todd thinking that she's talking about her past marriages to him! Todd admits he's screwed up but will never let Blair get to him again. "I want to be with you," Todd says. "I want to make this work. I'm going to prove this to you."
As Blair heads back into the mansion, she sees Todd on one knee, claiming he only wants to marry Tea - begging her to get married now! Blair listens as Tea claims they can't marry tonight - because she wants to have the whole wedding package - but she allows Todd to put the ring back on her finger. Todd wants to pick a date, and Tea agrees to marry him - in one week! Blair rushes out the patio doors… While Tea takes a call from work, Todd makes wedding plans.
The Stalker Attacks!
Todd knocks on the cabana door and demands that Blair's latest boy-toy come out - so he can give his 'final okay'. As Todd warns if he doesn't come out, and talk nice, he'll burn the cabana down, Ross tries to locate his cell phone! Ross disguises his voice and warns Todd not to do anything stupid, as Todd starts squirting lighter fluid on the door…
Just as Todd is about to throw a match at the cabana door, Blair appears and throws a bucket of water on him! Blair wonders why Todd cares who she's stashing in the cabana, as does Tea, who joins the scene. However, Todd claims he's thinking about Jack, who was upset, then lights another match. Suddenly, the cabana door opens, and Chad, who Todd calls twinkle toes, appears. Blair goes to Chad's side, as Todd bickers at her with jealousy. After Blair alerts Todd to Tea's sudden absence. Todd rushes off after her.
Though Todd catches up with Tea in the house, she cries that he's where he belongs - there with Blair - then calls off the wedding!
How To Tell Your Parents You're Gay...
Against Tea's warnings, Todd and Tea arrive at the mansion to tell the kids about their engagement. After Todd sends Jack to find Blair, Starr guesses they're getting married. Starr decides to give them their blessing but worries how Blair will react, to which Todd and Tea inform her that Blair already knows!
When Blair and Jack join Todd, Tea and Starr, Jack is upset to hear that his dad is getting married - and demands that Blair do something about it! As Blair replies, "What could I do about it," Ross looks on from the bushes! Over talk of how many times Tea and Blair have been married, Blair taunts Tea, wondering if Todd has always been her only true love! Blair wants to come to the wedding and offers to help Tea with the plans, to show that they've buried the hatchet.
Outside, Jack wonders how Todd will feel when his mom gets her own man, and when Todd promises to cross that bridge when they come to it, Jack says to cross it now - because 'he's' there!
