Todd eyes Cole from across the park, who is trying to get out of selling to Justin, then lurks behind a tree and snaps a photo with his cell phone, while Cole walks off and makes the exchange with Justin, at Serge's insistence! Cole returns to Serge, who wonders why he was reluctant to do 'the job', but Cole comments that he doesn't like selling to kids. Serge reminds him that in this economy, they sell to whoever will pay! When the coast is clear, Cole calls to report what happened to John, who is shocked to hear that the buyer was Justin Lowell!
From Todd's, Tea gets Ross on the phone, who wonders why his adorable wife makes so many enemies wherever she goes! Tea demands that Ross give her a divorce, with a huge settlement - and wants it today! Tea admits she wants to move on with Todd and begins screaming at Ross - until Todd appears! Ross taunts Tea by saying, "You know what I want, give a little." Once she hangs up, Tea demands privacy, but Todd shows her his cell phone - and the drug deal between Cole and Justin! Todd doesn't know what to do, and asks for Tea's advice, and Tea suggests that he tell Starr - instead of going elsewhere with the info. Todd turns the conversation back to them, asking Tea for an answer to his proposal, but Tea tries to buy time…
Back in Llanview, as Todd pushes Tea for an answer, Ross calls and tells her, "You want a divorce, you got one." Ross claims he needs her settlement, and that he realizes what he'd be giving up, which leaves Tea ecstatic! After she hangs up, she says to Todd, "Do you have a ring, because I need a ring. Get me a damn ring, and I'll marry you!"
Secretly Busted During An Uncover Deal!
At the Manning Estate, when Todd proposes to Tea, she's suspicious as to why, but Todd claims he loves her then asks her again. Tea says they are going too fast, and wonders what Todd is so afraid of, leading Todd to admit, "I'm afraid of losing you." Tea assures Todd that she loves him, and when Todd continues to push, saying not even Blair can tear them apart, Tea wants to know, "Is Blair up to something?" Todd talks about Tea's secret, the one Blair's obsessed with, and how Blair has hired a PI to find out what it is! Tea is relieved that Todd didn't read Blair's file on her but says, "That witch, why can't she leave me alone." Todd reminds her that if there are no secrets, Blair won't be a problem, then asks Tea to trust him if she has a secret. "I want to marry you, but I can't," Tea says. Todd thinks Tea's just scared but gives her some alone time - at her insistence.
Blair Finds Her Tahitian Treasure!
After spending the night in her bed, Todd again tells Tea that he loves her then takes a call from Elijah to inform him that he no longer has to live with Blair. When Todd relays the news to Tea, Elijah asks to talk to Tea and warns that he's going to tell Todd the truth about her! "That's not going to happen," Tea says then claims she's ready to make a deal. Tea lays it out for Elijah then demands that he bring the deal to Ross! Todd reappears, and Tea blames her heated argument with Elijah on Matthew's case then Todd kisses her - happy that they can finally be together and do what they want! Tea appears nervous, suggests that since her health and career are back on track that she move back to The Palace, but Todd wants her to move in with him, permanently, then asks Tea to marry him!
Destination: Tahiti!
Agreeing to be his doctor, Marty reminds Todd that he has one more court-mandated session then says, "You're on the clock." Finally, Todd replies, "What's a little mind-screw among friends," then lies down, as Marty questions why Todd had sex with Blair while claiming to love Tea. Todd finally opens up, revisits the time when he and Tea got close while stranded on a desert island - but says that Blair always gets in the way. Over talk of Blair, Marty thinks Todd is afraid to totally give someone 'his all', leading Todd to admit that he did that once - with Marty - and look how that turned out. Marty thinks of her own issues with John then tells Todd that if he doesn't put their past behind him he'll never be able to move forward with a future love - causing Todd to wonder if she's talking about him, or herself! Marty tells him to think what he wants, leading Todd to agree with her, then she signs his court sheet. Before he leaves, Todd says, "I don't want to be in your head or be the reason you can't move on with John. I hope you can."
When Todd arrives home, he finds Tea leaving - with her suitcases packed!
All Right, Doc, Let's Get This Over With!
When Tea comes downstairs at Todd's, Todd is waiting - with Elijah! Tea whispers, "You son-of-a-b…", then rants at Todd for hiring her opponent - but Elijah wonders if she's never gone behind Mr. Manning's back before! Todd expresses wanting nothing more than to get his kids back, as Elijah slips in a few more hidden jabs at Tea! Tea asks for a minute alone with Elijah, in order to establish some ground rules, then Todd heads out to see his court-appointed shrink.
Shortly after, someone walks into Marty's office and says, "All right, Doc, let's get this over with." Marty is shocked that her first patient is Todd! Marty explains how she's taking over another doctor's cases then says she'll get him reassigned - but Todd wants Marty as his doctor! Todd just wants Marty to sign the papers, to show the court that he was a good little boy, but Marty refuses saying, "You know how I said I wanted you out of my head? Maybe the only way to do that is to get into yours."
An Emotional Plea...
After Todd snatches the file on Tea from Blair at Capricorn, Blair's forced to admit that she's investigating Tea - and Todd wants to know why! "She has a secret," Blair states. "And I'm going to find out what it is." Todd patronizes Blair then suggests that she's snooping into Tea's past because she's jealous that he's building a life with her! Blair moves in close, says, "I'm not jealous, because I can have you anytime I want," kisses Todd then bites his cheek for making her prove it! Todd pulls away and makes it clear that he wants nothing to do with her - or the papers in Blair's file on Tea - but Blair taunts, "You do want to know what Tea's secret is." When Blair tempts Todd to tear up the papers, if he doesn't care what Tea's been up to since he left her on the island, Todd rips them up, tells her to let it go then says, "Get a life!" After Todd leaves, Blair calls Rex and asks for another copy of Tea's file!
