Over at Dorian's, everyone helps Hope celebrate her first birthday, as Dorian anticipates something else to celebrate - her victory over Viki! Over talk of the election, Markko claims to Langston that he voted for Dorian but appears as though he's lying, as she hugs him with excitement! After Todd asks Amelia and Dorian which one of them is the groom, he takes Hope away to change her, while Marty confronts Blair for keeping Todd from his child! When Todd rejoins them, Marty says, "There's something I need to tell you. It's about your child." Marty relieves Blair by bringing up Cole and Starr's relationship, and warns him not to think about coming between them, then walks off. While Dorian and Amelia watch the polls on TV, Starr and Cole think back to how they thought they lost Hope. Cole promises they'll all be together always. Later, while opening Hope's gifts, Dorian snickers to Amelia as Starr opens Viki's promise book to Hope, claiming that Viki can't even keep her promises to the people of Llanview - like she plans to! Dorian vows to win the election, as Jack takes bets on who's going to win. Markko places one, in front of Langston, on Dorian, as Marty says she'd put a bundle on Viki! Markko pulls Cole away, admits he lied to Langston and says he voted for Viki! Though Cole assures him that there's no way Langston could find out the truth, an announcement comes over the television saying, "Every vote counts."
Outside of the mansion, Todd calls his PI and tells him to stay on Tea - and find out what she's doing in London!
In his office at The Sun, Todd draws a mustache on Dorian's photo, on the front page then looks at an old cover story of him and Tea. Suddenly, Todd's PI appears and hands him a file on Tea, explaining that she went to London! Just as the man tells Todd that Tea went with a tall, dark, handsome man, Todd blurts out Ross' name - and Blair appears wondering what's going on! Todd dismisses his PI, deters Blair from any further questions then listens as Blair talks about how Starr put her in charge of throwing a party for Hope's birthday. Blair asks Todd for his help then notices some pictures of Tea on the floor and asks, "Why can't you let this witch go?" Todd can't shake the feeling that Tea is hiding something big, causing Blair to think back to Tea's confession of having Todd's child! Blair tiptoes around the situation then suggests that Todd worry about his family right now - and forget about what's in London and concentrate on what's in Llanview. After Blair leaves, Todd instructs his PI to get to London now - so he can find out what Tea is up to in order for him to get on with his life!
At Llanfair, Todd arranges to help Viki win the election, by putting some interns to work on her behalf, then talks about his Halloween with Blair and the kids. Viki sticks up for Tea, especially after Todd relays that Tea and Ross planned to rob him. Viki suggests that Todd get to the bottom of the truth surrounding Tea, and although Todd doesn't want to talk about Tea anymore, Viki suggests they just hang out - and Todd happily agrees. Viki turns on the television, and she and Todd watch the drama unfolding in Angels Square…
Over at the apple bowl, just as Blair and Todd almost kiss, he pulls away, and Blair asks, "You're missing Tea, aren't you?" As Jack and Sam join them, Todd says, "As least I have my kids," which makes Blair think back to Tea's admission of being the mother of Todd's child! Wondering what to do the rest of the night, Blair suggests that Todd and the boys go to the rally with her to support Dorian! However, Todd and the boys decline, so Blair kisses the kids goodbye.
Back in Llanview, Schuyler, Gigi and Shane arrive at the Halloween Party and get into an argument with Todd, Blair and Jack over who's going to win the best costume contest. "The only prize sex offenders get is an ankle bracelet!" Todd tells Schuyler. When it's time to start the judging, The Mannings and Gigi's clan exchange barbs then they're both called up as finalists - with the judge announcing Todd as Blair's husband, and Schuyler as Gigi's! After each team takes the runway, taking jabs at each other along the way, Schuyler, Gigi and Shane are crowned the winners! Regardless of their loss, Todd tells Blair he's enjoyed hanging out with her and the kids then they go bob for apples!
Upstairs in her bedroom, Blair and Todd give in to a passionate kiss then Todd pulls away and admits he needs to stop going back and forth between her and Tea. However, when Blair says she understands, but doesn't want to be alone tonight, Todd goes back to her and they fall to the bed!
Suddenly, Tea storms into the bedroom, sees them then rants at Todd for jumping back in bed with Blair! Todd brings up Tea's scheme, the one Blair remembered, and Tea's almost relieved by the alternative story. Ross enters the room and says to Blair, "Don't tell me you're back with this loser." As Todd talks about knowing the truth, Tea pulls Ross close, says their secret is out and finally gets him to leave the mansion with her, after a bit more sparring. Blair comforts Todd, who admits he had wished she'd been lying about Tea and Ross. "She didn't deserve my love," Todd says. "Lesson learned."
Upstairs in her bedroom, when Todd tries to call the doctor, Blair stops him, says she needs to just lie down then tells Todd she's afraid of what she doesn't remember. Todd pulls her close and promises he's going to help her through this, as Blair grins from under his chin! After Blair takes a nap, she wakes up calling out Tea's name then tells Todd, "I think I remember!" Blair claims that Tea never loved him - and that she remembers Tea admitting some plan of her and Ross' to take Todd for all of his money! "That's why Tea was on a rampage," Blair lies. Just then, Todd gets a call from Tea but refuses to answer it - and threatens to kill Tea when Blair hesitates when he asks if Tea pushed her out the window on purpose!
Upstairs in Blair's room, after Blair admits how much she still cares for Todd, she takes him in a passionate kiss - and Todd kisses Blair back!
