News Sweeps Through Llanview...

Back at the station, Nora is released, as Matthew comes in and apologizes to his mom, hoping to do the same to Rachel. After Matthew leaves, Bo appears and fills Nora in on the attempt on Cole's life and the mayor! As Nora informs Lowell that it'll be her pleasure to prosecute him, Cole and Marty appear - and Cole wishes he could find Starr but still can't get a hold of her! Suddenly, Bo gets a call from John and has to inform everyone about Shaun, Todd and Starr and Hope's kidnapping! Bo and Nora press Lowell for their whereabouts, but as the mayor denies knowing, John and Fish appear - and play Lowell's conversation with Serge! Cole leaps at Lowell, but is pulled away, leaving Fish and John to corroborate that Lowell may not know where Starr and the baby are - by means of the timestamp on the recording.

As Cole, John and Bo try to figure out where Serge could be, Cole gets a call from Starr - but Serge grabs the phone from her and demands that Cole put John's boss on the phone. Though Bo tries to act in control, Serge reminds him that he has 'two somethings' that Bo wants - and Bo will do what he wants! While Fish tracks the call, hearing Hope crying in the background, as Starr is gagged, Serge demands one million dollars, and a plane, then tells Bo to get to work - or his pilot won't return 'the girls' after dropping him off! Serge hangs up, and everyone waits eagerly to see if Fish had enough time to track the call - and he did! After John informs Bo, "If they get on that plane with him, they're not coming back," everyone surrounds a map, and Cole demands that Bo and John take him with them, but he's refused - but John promises they'll bring Starr and Hope home. "How?" Cole asks.

Shots Fired And A Kidnapping At La Boulaie!

Down in the jail, Nora and Tea trade barbs, until Nora claims Tea is becoming as disgusting as new boyfriend, Todd! Over talk of what Tea did to Rachel, Tea admits, "I didn't mean for it to go that far." Tea tries to address Nora's righteousness, but Nora reminds Tea that she's a mother - and Tea is not - and she has no idea what it's like to see a child in pain! "I'm sorry, Nora," Tea says. "Believe it or not, I know how you feel." With Tea's back turned, Nora can't see the tears in Tea's eyes but asks how Tea could possibly know how that feels. Tea pleads, "I'm human," then apologizes again - promising to apologize to Rachel as well. However, Nora claims that Tea is dead to her!

Attempted Murder At The Llanview PD!

In the courtroom, Rachel snaps at Greg for his assumptions about Nora and Bo's decision - and demands to be put on the stand to shed some light on Greg's motives! Greg is dismissed, and Rachel is called to the stand, where she claims Greg made his testimony to try to get to her! As Rachel tries to discredit Greg, by saying the truth, claiming that Greg 'thinks' he knows her, Tea discredits Rachel - and makes it clear that Greg has no idea about her past - and about her being a prostitute and a murderer, by killing Georgie Phillips! Nora screams for Tea to stop, as Rachel runs from the courtroom - with Greg going after her, and Matthew interrupts with, "You're fired!"

Tea tries to explain that she was only fighting for Matthew, but the judge calls court back to order. However, as Nora and Tea continue arguing, with Nora wishing Tea had a child, so she would know how Nora feels, Nora smacks Tea across the face - and the judge slaps them with contempt of court - and orders them to jail! Destiny tries to calm Matthew, who blames himself for everything that happened today.

Meanwhile, Nora and Tea get comfortable in their jail cell!

Courtroom Drama!

As they wait for Matthew's trial to get underway, Matthew asks Destiny if she thinks he's doing the wrong thing by hurting his parents, but Destiny knows, in the end, when Greg is able to help him walk, Bo and Nora will thank Matthew. Matthew worries things are going to get ugly today… Greg and Rachel arrive, as Elijah and Tea rant about who has the most tricks up their sleeves. When court begins, Tea's first witness, Miss Hogan, arrives, in a wheelchair, and explains how she became paralyzed after a gymnastic accident. She then admits that Dr. Evans operated on her, stands up and says, "It was a big success. I owe it all to Dr. Evans." Rachel snaps at Greg, for knowing about this trick witness, as Nora orders Elijah to stop Tea's tactic, but the judge allows the witness to continue, who claims the doctor saved her life.

After Elijah makes it clear that Miss Hogan was of age when she gave Greg consent to operate on her, Tea calls Greg to the stand, establishes his high credentials then Elijah cross-examines - making it aware that Clint brought Greg to Llanview, it wasn't Matthew's parents' choice, and that there are risks that Matthew's condition could worsen, he could even die, after this surgery. As Greg claims Nora and Bo are just scared, Rachel stands up and screams, "Now that's the biggest bull I've heard in my life!"

The Eyes And Ears Of Llanview...

Back in Llanview, Nora and John are in the courtroom, wondering why the mayor is taking this route instead of sending Justin to a drug class. When Dorian arrives, the mayor says he wants this to go away - and Justin hopes it does then rats out Cole as his buyer! The mayor doesn't want to take that route and suggests they use John's involvement to bring McBain down! Court gets started, and Justin pleads not-guilty, leading the judge to set a court date, and the mayor to claim that John set his son up! Nora objects, but the judge tells them all to save it for the trial! Dorian worries about Starr's reaction to this news, regarding Cole, then warns the mayor of his image by going after John. Dorian heads home just as Matthew, Destiny, Greg and David arrive, with the kids secretly wondering what Justin is doing there, sitting outside of the courtroom.

When Tea appears, she leads the group in and shuts the door on David! David sneaks in and tries to get a story from Greg then heads to Destiny and Matthew for one as well. As David questions Destiny's feelings for Matthew, Nora appears and throws David out. Across the room, Elijah hands Tea an envelope, and Tea is shocked to see that Ross finally gave her a divorce! Elijah agrees, especially since Ross knows what he's losing then smirks as he watches Tea put Todd's engagement ring on her necklace.

You, My Friend, Are Under Arrest!

In Bo's office, he and Nora listen through John's bug, as the mayor talks about the drugs in Llanview then tells Dorian that John is corrupt. Dorian reminds the mayor that it's a good thing that their children aren’t hooked on drugs… Suddenly, John appears at the station with Justin, and while the boy is handcuffed to a chair, John tells Bo and Nora that he's willing to use Justin to get to his father - if he has to! Meanwhile, Justin has no choice but to make a call and say, "I'm in trouble, Dad."
