Clint leaves for Buchanan Enterprises then Bo shows Nora the DVD - David's real reason for being there! They both agree the kiss was bad judgment, and together they destroy the DVD. However, Nora changes her tune and worries that Matthew is calling Greg to schedule the surgery right now.
The Verdict Is In!
Nora arrives in the courtroom and calls Clint, who explains that he's with Jared and Natalie at the hospital. As Bo arrives, Nora assures Clint she'll be fine then hangs up. Suddenly, David arrives with Matthew and tells them he's there to watch the return on his investment - and warns that Tea doesn't lose!
Inside the courtroom, Tea informs Elijah that she and Todd plan to get married this Friday, since her divorce to Ross is final. As they enter the courtroom, Matthew gives David a warning, not to hurt his parents, then Bo and Nora beg Matthew to call everything off - but court is called to order and the judge makes her ruling… However, Elijah makes it clear that Greg just operated on his brother, who is now in a coma, and Tea argues that Matthew and Shaun's cases are two different issues. The judge ignores their claims and announces that she's granted Matthew the opportunity to decide if he should have the surgery! When court is adjourned, Tea and David congratulate Matthew, while Nora heads to the back of the courtroom, with Bo following.
Tea and Elijah walk past them, and exchange a few barbs about Tea's wedding, while Nora and Bo head back into the courtroom, approach Matthew and beg him not to have the surgery! Matthew expresses his love for his parents, asks them to be brave then says he's going to have the surgery. Nora breaks down in Bo's arms.
Visions Of You...
At the Buchanan mansion, when Rachel rants about making plans with one brother and kissing another, Nora appears thoughtful - and guilty of doing the same thing! Rachel apologizes for butting in on Nora's feelings for Bo, now that she understands how she felt. Nora claims she's gotten through her issues then Rachel says she wishes that she knew the right thing to say to Greg to help him.
When Matthew and Bo arrive back at the mansion, Matthew apologizes to Bo and Nora, for putting them through this pain, and just as he's about to say he's realized what's important, Tea calls and tells him that the verdict is in - and that Matthew needs to get to the courthouse now!
Guilt All Around...
Greg approaches everyone in the hospital waiting room and relays news that Shaun isn't going to wake up then says, "I'm so sorry."As Destiny objects with, "What are you saying? He's dead? You killed him," Greg explains that Shaun is alive, but when he had to be opened up again he went into cardiac arrest - and is now in a coma! Destiny starts screaming, and beating Greg's chest, when he sadly says Shaun may never wake up - and that he did everything he could. Greg promises to take the family to see Shaun as soon as he can, but Destiny continues to blame Greg then rushes off! Across the room, Nora and Rachel watch as Greg's parents question Greg, who tries to explain how he pulled the fragment out but a piece fell off. "I was afraid to leave it there," Greg says then listens as his mother demands to know why this had to happen now, for the first time in Greg's career, with his brother! Crying, and filled with guilt, Greg tries to comfort them, but even though Mr. Evans believes Greg did all he could, Mrs. Evans continues to doubt him - until Greg rushes off in hysterics!
In his office, Bo smiles when Nora walks in to cheer him up with a takeout bag from Rodi's…
Reliving Her Worst Nightmare...
Everyone is sitting in the waiting room, when Nora appears to hear the latest on Shaun. Nora thanks Matthew for calling her, knowing that family comes first with him. While Nora talks to Shaun's parents, Destiny informs Rachel just how much Shaun cares about her. Later, Rachel confesses the situation with Greg, to Nora, who warns that she must tell Shaun the truth.
Nora sees Bo, and just as he's about to explain what happened with Brody, Jessica arrives - and hears just how bad Brody is! Jessica rushes off, leaving Bo to explain what happened to Natalie, Nora and Clint.
