BLAIR CRAMER MANNING'S HISTORY
Blair Cramer arrived in Llanview in 1993 with hopes of living a normal life after being raised in numerous foster homes. It wasn't until adulthood when she found her real mother and family in Llanview. After many trials and tribulations, Blair managed to gain much wealth and social status.
Her first step up the ladder to wealth began when Blair was on the hunt for a quick buck with hopes of being able to put her mentally ill mother in a decent facility. After setting her sights on the rich and powerful Asa Buchanan, Blair succeeded in breaking up his marriage to Renee. However, Asa was no fool and caught on to Blair before she could rob him blind. It was then when she met Max Holden and fell head over heels in love with the man! Throughout the years, Blair and Max used blackmail as their main resource for scheming many of Llanview's residents out of money and power. However, Max and Blair's love faded when she set her sights on Todd Manning.
When Blair found out that Todd Manning was the heir to the Lord fortune, she faked a pregnancy as a way to get into Todd's heart. Since then, Blair and Todd's relationship has had more ups and downs than anyone in town! Most recently, having been a pawn in Spencer Truman's plan to destroy Todd and take Blair as his trophy, Blair lost faith in her one true love and left Todd to face the lethal injection for a crime he didn't commit. Finally opening her eyes to the truth, Blair is on the hunt to win Todd back and make Spencer Truman pay for making a fool of her!
Just when Todd and Blair reunited, Margaret Cochran kidnapped Todd on their wedding day, causing Blair to believe that he ran out on her yet again. After Todd was found, it was revealed that Margaret had raped him, producing a child, one that Blair and Todd fought hard to locate.
Finding out Todd's baby was indeed Tommy McBain, Blair found herself, at first, not able to bond with the boy, but little by little he drifted into her heart. Though things appeared calm, Blair couldn't handle Todd's actions toward Starr and her boyfriend, Cole Thornhart, which ultimately led to their demise - yet again.
Blair was faced with a young pregnant daughter, but supported her in every way possible, with the help of her newly recovered mother, Addie, and new love interest, John McBain. Tragedy struck again when Starr lost her baby at birth, unknown that her real child was switched with Jessica's stillborn, and Marty Saybrooke returned from the dead, leaving Blair lost and not knowing where her life would go next.
While labeled a vixen who goes after what she wants - no matter what the cost - Blair Cramer will do whatever is necessary to protect the ones she loves, especially her children!

Thursday, December 04 2008: Blown Away By Guilt!
When Blair and Dorian arrive at the café and see John and Marty, Blair's about to leave, but Dorian urges her inside. With a smile, Blair goes to their table, puts her hand out to Marty and says, "Hi, I'm Blair. Todd's ex-wife." Marty stands and accepts Blair's handshake then listens as Blair apologizes for all Todd has done to her. "Todd told me we were mortal enemies, is that true?" Marty asks. Blair admits they had their issues and tries to be sympathetic to Marty, who continues to bring up all the lies that Todd told her - including how Blair and John had an affair, which happens to be true! Again, Blair relates to how she feels, because of all that Todd has done to her, but Marty snaps, "You had a choice… He raped me!" Though Blair tries to leave, Marty stops her and asks, "You do hate me, don't you?"
Inside the kitchen, Dorian and Moe reconnect, as she asks his opinion of her truffle custard. After the taste test, Dorian invites Moe to dinner, but he has to fly back home. Putting down Moe's stick-in-the-woods town in Texas, Dorian tells him he's too good to be stuck in the kitchen at the Bonjour Café! Shortly after, when Dorian emerges from the kitchen, she hears Marty snapping about Blair's jealously over finding John with her and defends her niece by saying, "Blair does have a right to know what's going on with you two!"
Wednesday, December 03 2008: When I look At Chloe, I See Hope...
In Dr. Joplin's office, she admits to Blair, Starr, Dorian, Marcie and Michael that a better doctor could have saved Hope then says, "You all deserve to know exactly how this tragedy came to happen." The doctor explains that Hope died of Rh disease, a treatable disease where a small amount of the baby's Rh+ blood enters into the mother's - and doesn't mix with the mother's Rh- blood. Demanding to know why Dr. Joplin didn't detect this, the doctor admits, "I don't know what I was thinking. I am completely at fault." As Dorian continues to rant and rave about the doctor's negligence, Dr. Joplin thinks back to Todd's initial orders! Through tears, the doctor announces that the baby will be released to them, for a proper funeral, then begs them for forgiveness.
Outside the doctor's office, though Dorian and Blair want to take Starr out to breakfast, to get her mind off of what just happened, Starr insists on being alone and Blair reluctantly allows it.
Once alone, Marty confides how her life is going then expresses her appreciation for John finding her - or else she'd be off in Mexico. John admits that if he hadn't found her that night he would have never given up looking for her. Marty believes John then the two order some food and continue on with their conversation about Todd - never noticing Blair staring at them from the doorway!
