I would love to see Cole and Marty raise the baby and not let Star Have anything to do with the baby, Star's family has the money they could have hired a nanny like they do for Sam when star is in school and then come home and be with her baby instead she wants to give it away. Star thinks the baby would have more love from a single mother Marcy than it would with the real mother and grandmother and her brothers(Sam and Jack), even Dorian, and Cole.... And with all those people that would love and help with the baby she would still rather give it Marcy. I would Love to see both Marcy and Star lose the baby

While I don't think I would ever have the courage to place my child up for adoption, I think Starr is making a heart felt choice. She loves this baby and wants the best for it. She trusts and cares for Marcy and truly believes she is the best choice. ( Marcy was a good mother to Sam let's not forget that, Yes she did mess up but that doesn't make her a bad person. (Biology doesn't make you a good parent, I know this 1st hand as I & my husband) have custody of my stepson and his b mom is in her little own world). Todd is an accident waiting to happen can you really blame her for running, look @ what he's doing nw! It's SICK!!!!!
Just because you have $$$ doesn't make you better and it certainly doesn't make a better mom. I applaud Starrs choice to give her child life! Unlike other soaps like GH whigh choose abortion. The same could have been said there, Lulu's baby could have been raised by a nanny, but instead that child will never be. Choosing adoptiondoesn't make you a bad person and mom, not putting them first does!!

I'd like to see Patrick Thornhart make a brief return and have Marty, Cole and the baby return to Ireland with him.

No I don't believe having money makes you a better parent, but I do believe a baby should be with family instead of a stranger. I have custody of my 1 year old grandson I've had him since he was a month old and now my daughter is due again in Feb. and if my daughter and the daddy can't handle this one I will step in and raise it.

Well, i sure dont want todd to raise that child and while i think its great that the writers made it that cole wanted a part in his childs life something not all father want nowadays. No offense to all you father who have stood up.I think marty and him having the baby would be a good idea though.

side note A lot of people fault starr for giving her baby up and while i agree her decison isnt like if i got pregnant at sixteen she does have family and could hire a nanny to take care of the child while shes a school and has a life but then again she would miss a lot of the childs important momentsi f that happend so i think giving the child away is abrave and right descion for her not one i would probably make but adoption is a personal decision andi do think she loves this baby

I dont care who gets the baby so long as it isnt Todd! He should be sterilized to ensure that he is never a parent to anyone again. I also dont especially want Marcie to raise the baby (unless of course it means she is going to leave town and not come back). Marty and Cole would be great, but I really dont care who it is, as long as it isnt Todd or Marcie. It could be Dorian for all I care, she may soon be out one daughter.

If M was Pregnant I think that might make Starr change her mind. When she holds him/her for the first time I think she'll have a change of heart. Especially if Todd gets away with his plan and she finds her baby really is alive!!

I think it is plainly obviously that Starr loves her baby and that is why, coupled with all her family support and Cole's support it is completely selfish for her to give the baby up. She loves her baby I think she would make the best mom. No $$$ doesn't make you a good mom, but again.... it is obvious she loves her baby so having $$$ would allow her to raise her baby and continue on with her life.

Just like in real life that's something she'll have to decide on her own. Once again when the baby comes I think she'll change her mind! I hope it's a girl cause then hopefully Jess/Tess will have a boy and she can name him Nash!

Grandmother and father good choice to raise the baby. Starr doesn't want the child so should give a full adoption and sole custody to Cole and stay out of Cole and the babys life and move on with her own life. Maybe Todd can have Starr hyponized after she recovers from giving birth so she forgets about Cole and having the baby.

I don't think that she doesn't want her child she wants whats best for her child and in her mind it's Marcy! Remember when she was in the hospital and told her mom all she thought about as she went down the stairs was HER baby. Look at how she has grown up in that crazy family going from 1 parent to the nextand the crazyness in between, can you blame her I can't!
