Ya, I cant vouch for the heat because I fast forward through any seemingly intimate scenes between the two of them. When they kiss it makes my skin crawl. I could probably look past the fact that Todd once raped her, it was years ago, he was a different person, so was she. If I tried really, really hard I can look past the fact that he was the ring leader in her gang rape. I might even be able to ignore how badly he treated her for years despite the fact that she testified on his behalf and has been way too decent for him. I could even not care that he is lying to her about John. What I cant get past is the fact that he hasnt told her about Cole. He knows being a mother is the most important thing to her, he has left hers on an orphan and by not telling her he exists he is holding her captive no matter how many times he says, your free to leave. It just isnt right and if they consumate their relationship while this guise is going on then I think he is re-raping her and I think she should have permission to kill him. |

I'ts what you wrote in your post....Marty was different then, she was a young college student, gifted talented and with no brain injury......as for Todd, he is the more evil!!!!

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their relationship (if u want to call it that) is based on lies!!!! When the truth comes out and/or she remembers She will hate him even more!! Especially when she finds out that it is their grandchild he wants to raise with her!! |

I have to say (and hopefully I won't get beat up behind this) that while I did like the original Marty back in the day...and she's doing a great job now, I think that her replacement had more chemistry and looked better with John. I'm not feeling John with Blair either. I do like him with Natalie...the way she is NOW. Oh Yeah!! I agree with you both!! The s/l makes me ill!

What I meant was even if I could get past the fact that he is her rapist. Because it was ten years ago (which is like 30 years in soap opera time) and he did go through a small period of remorse and regret and the time he had all those father issues he was unsuccesfully working through. And Marty was a lot wilder then. I just meant people have gotten past Luke raping Laura, its not entirely unforgivable except for all the other horrible things that Todd has done to Marty, which I continued to list in the rest of the email. |
