Does anybody else remember the Principal (Michelle M. Robinson) from whenever she played a guard at Statesville when Lindsay was there the first time?

I recognized the principal right away too. I remember when they did the "Babes Behind Bars" episode and she performed a cover version of "Bad Girls" at the beginning. It was neat to see her on there again.

She looks rough...but her making a comment about Starr not going to school there.....SHE CAN'T DO THAT...STARR HAS A RIGHT TO AN EDUCATION AND THE LAW SAYS SO..I know it is a soap, but come on writers!!

hey frazier, im not too sure what i think about that in real life. i thought there was a law that pregnant girls cannot go back ta school? i could be wrong.

I'm not sure about a law but there may be some rule or policy and I'm thinking it would be in a private school. I went to public high school and remember seeing a couple of pregnant girls in the hallways. They left to have the baby and came back a few weeks later. I'm sure you couldn't do that in say a parochial school. They won't even keep you if you get below a 'C' average. LOL

I did think that principal was dead wrong for putting Starr out there. Poor child. Yea she made a mistake but really...is that necessary?

I can't speak to the law, but I do know there are many high school with on-sight day-care - sad, but true. Back in the day, when girls were getting married at 14 - did they stop going to school? I don't know, just asking.
