Is Llanview supposed to be a suburb of Philadelphia?

We all know that Llanview is just a typical small town in Pennsylvania. But in recent years, it has become much more like a very big city and we don't have the reason why.

So that brings me to ask you a very particular question.

Is the fictional town of Llanview supposed to be a suburb of Philadelphia?

I'm not sure what city Lanview is a burb of but it supposed to be close to the Pa. New York border.
